It took forever to place my order
It took forever to place my order. It took numerous days to get it accomplished. I asked for live person to contact and was told your phones were down for days. I am a retail gallery and I wanted to add my tax exempt certificate and was told by AI that they couldn’t help me with that. I would like to know that my order is being processed. Great Ordering Improvements
I have ordered from GBC for years and the site is continuing to improve. Love the ability to add to my cart, then change the art piece size, etc. by just clicking on the item in the cart and then it updates rather than having to remove and start over. AWESOME!!
