Excellent selection of art
Excellent selection of art, great professional framing. I've purchased 2 framed Giclee prints in the past few months, both exceeded my expectations. Also, professional packing jobs; both pieces arrived in good condition. I really like that they are already wired, with hanging hardware included. Out of the box on the wall. Love it!

Disappointed in my poster
The first poster I purchased arrived with crinkle marks all through it, making it unusable. Art.com did send me a new one without additional charges, after I notified them about the issue. I requested that they send it unrolled and boxed flat. They said they don't do that... I received the second one and it was in better shape, but will likely always show the rolled marks:(. So, I gave them 3 stars for resending it without charging, but $40 was too expensive to have to put up with roll marks. I know it's a "poster", but I am using it as framed artwork.

Absolutely gorgeous picture
It was very easy placing an order on their website and we received our shipment very quickly. We had originally placed an order for the same photo in a larger size, 37"x37" and we loved it so much that we ordered a second one in a smaller size, 30"x30".
The quality is extraordinary and is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Art.com and will order more designs as we go along with decorating our home!
