I had an issue with my X3 which was potentially going to force me to cancel my holiday, I contacted Grants and spoke with Oliver. He listened to my problem fully understood my predicament with the holiday and pushed my repair from diagnosis through to completion in under 24hrs! saving my holiday payment! Grants will now 100% get all my future servicing and repair requirements!!

Oliver is a very knowledgeable chap, certainly with regards to my E46 convertible. Since i've had the car it's been at the garage 3 times; to get a radiator replacement; loss of power & front brake replacement; and lastly in an emergency when i filled the petrol tank to full, it leaked, it appears the previous cowboys when replacing the fuel pumps didn't put the seals back! Anyway all fixed professionally no problem.
They may usually have a 3 week waiting list, which indicates they are busy - what does that imply! Also they are very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Approached this company to have some work done on a BMW 330i
Filled in a service request on their website, but they don't even have the manners to reply.
Total waste of space, how this kind of company gets any work I just don't understand.
