Customer support agents not trained enough
People in the phone were obviously not well informed about my reservation
They told me wrong information. Fortunately I checked the général conditions of my flex tickets and I had to call back to insist so that they modify my airplane tickets accordingly.
And they put me pressure saying that he could call me only twice as per company rules which put me on stress and forced me to make decisions quickly
The phone line is not always good and we couldn’t understand well the person who had also a little accent which was not always easy to be understood too

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever, I booked a domestic flight ticket, which was supposed to take place in 40 days, but I booked the wrong flight time and after half an hour I cancelled, normally and according to the privacy policy of Sky Express (the airline) they should have refunded me the entire amount of payment but I was not refunded anything, AND I never received any response from support.
