The whole experience was amazingly quick and easy!
The whole experience was so quick and easy. A brief phone call to say we’d arrived, and by the time we’d walked through to the pick up area the shuttle was already waiting for us. When we arrived at the depot the car was running to warm it up and after showing our licences and a quick signature we were on our way. No delays and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Definitely book the shuttle at ChCh airport as it would be a long walk to their depot otherwise. Nice car too.

Exceptional Service
We hired a RAV 4 for 4 days from Dunedin Airport. The lovely lady on the counter was super friendly, bubbly and most helpful. It was a stressful 4 days in Dunedin (attending my mother's funeral) but the service we received was exceptional! Thankyou Go Rentals Dunedin. Steph

Great experience
Great experience. We needed everything to run well as we were only in Christchurch for the day. Luckily everything was on point making a really stressful day a lot easier. We did find after hours return a bit difficult, but had outstanding customer service via Nathan on the after hours desk so all was excellent for us in the end. We would be happy to use GO again. Thanks!!

From pick up to dropping off the car ,smooth and frictionless .Car was in perfect shape and dropping off the car to the service advisor in Christchurch who then ensured we got to the airport in the courtesy vehicle smoothly .

From the pick up, where the staff were excellent, the vehicle was perfect for what we wanted, though to the dropping off which was quick and staff were helpful. Excellent value and such an economical car.

Fast, easy reliable and reasonably priced. Pleasant staff and responded quickly to email inquiries and adjustments to bookings. Pick up and drop off at Auckland Int, was also a breeze.

A very positive experience.
We were able to adjust our booking with an extra driver & insurances via email prior to pick up.
Instructions for the airport shuttle were perfect, driver very friendly & informative.
The car was spotless, handled well & being hybrid meant only required fill up on our return which was an unexpected bonus.
A phone call to shift drop off by 3 hours was also appreciated, giving us a more relaxed trip from Whangarei into Auckland airport.
Have used this company before and will again.
