Always excellent service with Jonathan and also Jamie on one occasion in the lead up to purchase.
Jonathan is professional, interested and always gives good advice.

Well stocked and great staff
I found everything I wanted in store for my trip to South America. Jonathan spent a lot of time with me and was super helpful in the shoe department and I managed to find a pair I really liked. Ella D served me at the till and she was really friendly and helpful and set up my membership. Great experience

Johnathan was great and very helpful
Went into store today to purchase a pair of walking shoes and Johnathan (sales person) was great, he gave me some good information and support what was the best options for my hiking shoe. Called in yesterday to get replacement…
Called in yesterday to get replacement for my aged Brasher boots. Was immediately attracted to a special offer on a discontinued line. Jonathan very kindly provided me with his views on the quality and on other boots that may be suitable. However, the Brashers were very comfortable, so that was that! I also though I would replace my aged socks - I do like 1000 mile brand and again Jonathan directed me to a special offer which proved very satisfactory. A very happy customer!

Great customer service
Jonathan came over to assist me while I was browsing the range of walking boots and immediately offered his help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout. As I had forgotten to bring my own walking socks, he kindly provided a pair so I could try the boots on properly. Excellent customer service.
