A great little store….
Though it is a small store there’s still plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. Especially Alan and Matt who were constantly checking storage amounts in the back and answered any questions with professionalism.

I came in yesterday with my dog. I think it is totally amazing that you allow dogs so firstly thank you for that.
I was a bit lost at first and was looking around to check it really was ok for me to bring the dog in.
Joe S saw me and instantly reassured me and asked if he could help. He was very polite and friendly
I was shopping for walking boots he told me where they were located. He then radiod upstairs to Jess H and she was walking to greet me when i got up there.
Jess H was really friendly and helpful. She listened to my needs and was able to help me find the perfect boots for me.

I was told my delivery would be instore on the friday. It wasnt. I requested a refund and still not received it! Poor customer service

Great customer service! The assistant, Jacob, was a great help with getting footwear to trying, even suggesting a different style which I ended up buying. Great help right to the end as he offered to get a basket for us.

Lovely staff at collection
Member of staff was there immediately at the collection point
They were so polite, genuinely cheerful and couldn't do enough. A credit to your company.
On the negative side, the store is very bright and open with no directions to the collection point on the ground floor. Overwhelming for anyone who is not neuro-positive.
Also the lift. An awful contraption. Like it was made by a student for a school science project! 😆😆
