I was browsing for a new pair of walking boots and had a chat with Gavin who knew his stuff, I didn’t buy but left better informed about what boot would suit my needs .

Very pleased
Very pleased with the service and products. Alan was particularly helpful in informing me on what I was able to purchase at a discounted price considering my membership, and was overall very knowledgeable.

I routinely visit this store because it’s super
I routinely visit this store because the staff are absolutely fantastic and the range is superb. Also it’s a remarkable thing to find these days, but people still invested in the business, a real engagement in customers and a great overall knowledge of what they are selling. I always try and seek out both Gavin and Evie (hope I’ve spelt that correctly) both super people. Thoroughly recommend!

Such great staff in this helpful Go outdoors
Such great staff in this helpful retailer who are genuinely enthusiastic to help you find what you’re looking for . Bought a pair of good value craghoppers trousers but was unable to find a pair of walking shoes that felt comfortable on my feet. Would like to single out staff members Alan and Sean for praise.

Helpful and knowledgable staff make for excellent experience
Very impressed by Go Outdoors. Staff were very helpful. They didn't stock the trainer I was looking for, but after discussion with Tim he suggested I try a Goretex shoe 1.5 sizes bigger than my usual. And it worked a treat. Very comfy shoes and an excellent in-store experience.

Evie saved my feet (and my holiday)!
Shout out to Evie for being so knowledgeable and helpful! I went into the store desperate for new footwear in the middle of an overseas trip, and she knew exactly what I needed to stay comfortable walking around all day. She was so patient while I tried some different options and I was really grateful for her product knowledge and general expertise. Everyone in the store was friendly, and the prices were really reasonable. I’ll recommend the store if ever I have friends in London in need of shoes!
