Served today by Makala who was very helpful, friendly & efficient, she took time to advise me as I was having problems placing an online order. She also located some of the items in store, which reduced my online order and allowed me to purchase some of the items. initially i was served by another member of staff, who’s name I don’t know, she was also helpful & efficient. Both staff members are a credit to the store.

I needed a new pair of hiking shoes and Alison was great at directing me to the various options. She was really patient while I tried a few different ones until I found just the right fit. She was great at asking us if we had the right waterproof/protective spray as well. Thanks for everything.

Tremendous shop assistant
Very knowledgeable and patient as I suffer with bad hearing, I really appreciated the girls kind and attentive nature.
As I was undecided the the lovely girl asked if I wished, she would set the item aside so I could have time to decide. I returned an hour later and bought the Jacket. The assistant name was Makala.

What can I say apart from the service…
What can I say apart from the service provided by Alison was outstanding and she is a credit to Go Outdoors. She made us feel welcome and the help and advice she gave my wife who has a broken collarbone was above and beyond the call of duty. We will be back.
