Membership card
Bought the membership online after speaking to a member of staff. When we got the till we was told it wasn’t available to use. Luckily the manager sorted it out for me. Still not got an email about my membership card.

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your membership. I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be advised it could be used, only to be told otherwise at the till. Whilst I'm pleased the store manager was able to resolve this for you, this should have been a smoother experience from the start.
I'm also sorry that you have not yet received your membership email or card details. Please note the membership can be used without the physical membership card, you need to log in on the website using the email address linked to the membership, the members price will then automatically apply at the check out.
If you are wanting to use the membership instore, this can also be completed without the physical card, if you provide the email address that is linked to the membership to the member of staff at the till they can then apply this to the transaction.

We were given great customer service by Eve
We were given great customer service by Eve in the Hull Store on Clough Rd. She helped us choose the correct size walking boots for my 7 year old grand daughter. Right down to walking over the wooden bridge on tip toes to stomping down the other side to settle the boot in. Nothing was too much trouble, as she offered different sizes until we were happy. Eve then offered us help to choose a fleece and water proof coat. She made us aware of a discount offer on socks, if bought with boots, so we bought a pair of socks too. Eve was really helpful and made our visit memorable.

I called into the store for walking…
I called into the store for walking boots. A young lady named Eve helped me. She was extremely helpful and polite. Very refreshing to have sales staff like this, bringing back the old value that so many have forgotten.
When I paid for my goods I was served by Matthew who explained he was new and apologised for him being slow to serve, this I didn’t mind as we all have to learn.
He also was extremely polite.
