Service stupendous

Got myself a sturdy new thermal mug, copper coated, leak proof.
Very friendly and helpful lady on til, Amy, who was able to apply my BlueLightCard discount.
My only gripe is the discrepancy between member and non-member prices! Not everyone wants to sign up to these schemes.
