Don't trust the nice pictures on the website and the pictures on instagram--it's all fake. The product is nothing as advertised. It's inferior quality, cut, and the sizing is incorrect. Cheap stuff from China. They denied me a refund and were surprisingly nasty about it when I told them the product was not as advertised. They told me that they "might consider store credit". So basically, I would return these items, they would keep my money, and I would maybe get store credit and get to buy something again! Ridiculous. I went to my credit card company and fought the charge. I sent them everything, and Goodnight Macaroon disputed it and tried to keep my money but they lost. Their clothes were donated and I unfollowed the influencers that peddle their inferior product. I hope COVID puts them out of business because they are just terrible.

I have been wanting a pair of the OTK boots for a while now but have always been apprehensive to order due to the high volume of bad reviews and the fact that I live in the UK, so much so, I waited over 8 months before I placed my first order with GM. I can honestly say I didn’t have any problems. I was advised in my confirmation email that it would take 1-3 working days to process and then 7-10 days for the boots to arrive due to the boots being made to order. I ordered on 17th July and received my order today which was all correct and I love the boots

I had a simple issue that customer services was not able to resolve. I bought a set of shorts and sweatshirt, but received just a sweatshirt. After many emails I found out that the description of the items was not clear. I made a suggestion to change the description, so other customers will not have the same issue. They did listen to my suggestion, but they never sent me the shorts or returned my money back. And after all that they said that the description was right from the start, even thought they changed it. I am very disappointed by the brand and will never shop here again.

I bought some dupes (including a pair of Golden Goose dupe and the LV neverfull dupe), love both! Quality is great. Shipping took longer than I expected, but customer service did get back to me telling me the order actually takes 3-5 WORKING days to fulfil before it's dispatched, and once it's dispatched, it takes another 1-5 WORKING days. I checked and that's actually what they said on the site, just easy to overlook. I would recommend if you are not in a rush to get your items.

sent me the wrong size for all of my items, very difficult to get a hold of them to get a replacement, shipping takes about a month! I had no idea the items are coming from Hong Kong also. had to contact my cc company to get a refund. Avoid!

Horrible quality - clothing is nothing like what is seen in photos and they do not allow returns. The customer service is terrible in that they provide zero options for exchange or refund.

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel the need to, because it’s not all that bad.
I ordered from Goodnight Macaroon on October 15th with a Code for 40% off and 1-5 day express shipping. It said it would be shipped out in 3-5 days. I received an email saying it shipped on oct. 21st(1 week later). The tracking information then said “label created” for one more week without any updates until October 28th. In the meantime I decided to look up reviews and read nothing but except horror stories saying they’ve never received the items, the items smell bad, the shipping info never worked, they lost out on all of their money and etc.
The point of this review is to let you know after being anxious about receiving $hit items from Hong Kong, I did receive my order (although it was in 15 days rather than 5). And I love the otk boots I ordered and the sweater is super cute and fits great. I would probably order again if I wasn’t in a hurry to get something.

Total scam. Will steal your money and not ship you the product. They will not return attempts to contact on matter. Do not trust this retailer.

Previous reviews warned me of clothes smelling funny but I decided to try anyways. I washed one sweater 4 times and the smell never came out. Additionally it took WEEKS maybe 6-8 weeks to get my order. Then they didn’t send me one of my $60 sweaters I bought. They have no customer service phone number so you have to email. I tried to email them for months to get a refund or have them send me my sweater. They would respond to my emails at 1:00 am and just say “were looking into it”. After the few months of trying... I gave up knowing they were stealing my money and wouldn’t refund me or send me the item I paid for.

I had a very bad experience. I never got my parcel and they refused to help me with a refund or sending new one. money down the drain.

Great experience with people here.I mean nice and charming people with Apex customer service. Good sense of work.
