The interface is confusing

The interface is confusing, links expire after a single use, and there’s no clear confirmation after signing. It's a technical mess for shared houses that causes unnecessary stress. Very unintuitive.

Lucas has helped me out a few times…

Lucas has helped me out a few times now, and every experience has been excellent. He’s always quick to respond, really knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand without making it feel complicated.

What really stands out is his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything is fully resolved. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and he makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucas to anyone needing reliable and friendly tech support.

Communication was excellent throughout…

Communication was excellent throughout – responses were quick, clear, and helpful, and any questions I had were dealt with professionally and politely. The staff came across as knowledgeable and supportive, which took a lot of the stress out of the renting process. Overall, Goodlord made the whole experience efficient and hassle‑free, and I’d happily recommend them to other tenants and agents

Great Experience
