I am at a loss as to what is going on, my experience over the last year has been the exact opposite of many recent reviews. I personally have bought in the past 12 months a set of callaway irons, a nike covert driver, 3 wood, and 3 and 4 hybrids,clothing, sunglasses and only a few weeks ago a golf buddy gps unit, all bought at a fantastic price in there 30%/ 40% off sale offers, all have been delivered in a reasonable time, However i did try to contact them by phone recently regarding the gps unit and never received a reply, i emailed them and did receive a reply the following day saying the item was on its way, it arrived the next day. I was going to purchase another item recently when they incredibly had a 50% discount sale but on reading all recent reviews decided against as it seemed my luck had to run out eventually. As i say i am totally mistified as to what is going on, and why i have had no real problems over the past year compared to many others who clearly have.

If you are so innocent then come on here and explain why your customers are out of pocket and received no goods especially custom build orders placed well over a month ago, knowing you were going out of business. If these orders were never place then that is classed as theft, fact!

1) Where are our orders
2) Where are our refunds
3) Why take orders, knowing you were going out of business
4) Why do you not answer anyone's questions/emails/calls
5) Why not give a statement on your website stating what has happened

You pair are a embarrassment to British companies and should never trade again. Any company you decide to run after this, your name will be remembered and I will make sure your name is worthless when it come to running another business, so no person falls foil to you again.

Have reported them to the police via action fraud.police.uk and would urge everyone else affected to do the same, every report is sent to the fraud dept at the Met Police.

Have also reported to my bank and taking legal advice. Finally I have contacted the PGA 01675 470333 and have provided them with all the details, again I would urge people to do the same.

If everyone reports this to the above parties it will be investigated and these people should then be brought to account. They cannot be allowed to think they can get away with this.

Bought a Garmin G6 when the 40% offer was on. Waited a week or so with no delivery on site.

Luckily i live close and use there place as my local driving range. Went down last Thursday(3rd) to be told stock is due in on Tuesday(8th).

Went to collect Thursday (10th) with a sign outside saying "driving range closed due to stock take", took a look inside and all shutters are down and the place is locked up. Same story on Friday(11th).

Found out that they have gone into administration and two companies have visited the site with a view to purchase (this info is from one of the companies that visited)

Shocking they have put a 40% offer on, then 2 weeks later go into admin. Just on the Garmin G6 they sold 43 via that offer, god knows what else they sold and how much money they made knowing they would never have to deliver the goods.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT be tempted by this lot.

Ordered junior golf clubs, waited 7 days to see if order changed from processing to dispatched. Fool that I am. Tried phoning, waste of time, no response. Managed to get some email feedback. Usual waiting on stock (Crap). Asked for full refund, they said "no bother, will process that today for you" That was 14 days ago, still waiting!!!!!!!!!!! Reported them to Welsh Trading Standards.

Please, please do not be tempted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made two orders with them, returned one ordered on 24th March and still waiting for money back. Cancelled other order not long after and still no refunds.
Mat Vanstone and Steve Hurley are just con merchants.
They never anwser phone calls and rarely e-mails, never mind reported them to the PGA of Wales , Trading Standards and in the process of contacting Paypal and credit card company.
Company web page still advertising !! Facebook page closed down

Please do not deal with this Sham company
Two orders placed with both items In stock however after orders placed surprise surprise now 2 to 3 & 3 to 5days plus continual delay emails received.
Tried to phone continually every hour for two weeks only to be put in hold queue & then cut off every time ( Money Making Exercise)
Checked with UK importer of the Golfbuddy product only to be told they had plenty in stock on 2/3 day delivery if required ! strange that after over one month wait item now on a further 7 day delay.
Both orders cancelled & refund confirmation email received but no refund yet of MY MONEY.
Complaint has been sent to both my credit card companies
This is a brief outline of my complaint & does not include many emails/hours wasted on this TOTALLY NON PROFESSIONAL COMPANY

Stay away from this company. Used to be good in the past, now they are a disaster. Been waiting for months for orders that where advertised as in stock. Today the website is temporarily closed for maintenance, wonder if it ever will reopen and if will get my orders... Stay away.

You don't get your items, I pleased my order at February 8.Th. Haven't heard anything and when I email them they don't answer or if they do it's a standard apology of delay.
They have withdraw 409 pounds and 2 months later still no items.
So please stay away, and tell your friends not to buy from golfbuyitonline.co.uk

Items not in stock even though website said they were. When eventually arrived after delay, half of items were missing. Tried to contact. They don't answer their phones, don't reply to emails. Much better sites out there, steer clear.

Its a shame it has come to this...I have not had a problem with this company before and have place about 10 orders with them.
However the last two have failed to arrive. I have had not reply via to the emails I have sent. Golf is a gentle mens sport based on trust. You would expect this from golf professionals who run this business.
You have taken over £350.00 from me and no goods have been received. I have waited long enough to receive my order ... over 2 months.
I would not recommend anyone use this company.
Dont be fooled by the flash sales they seem to be off loading the last little bit of equipment they have left. Or don't have it seems.
I dont believe they accounts with manufacturers are in order. Thats why they cant get hold of stock. Over the last month golfbuyitonline have had two to three flash sales a week. That is a sign of desperation!!!! They should rather close shop and stop stealing people's hard earned money!!!!! Cause thats what they are doing!!!!
Golfbuyitonline, Matt, Chris, Will whoevet works there sort it out!!!! You can not treat people this way.

I will be taking legal action in the next few weeks and making an official complaint to the office of fair trading. Of which a copy will be with you shortly.

To make it clear I want the items I order as promised not a refund. I also want a response to my emails. Its beyond a joke now!!!!!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH Something should now be done about this firm. They are spot efficient ....AT TAKING YOUR MONEY. Almost instant......however that is where the efficiency ends. IF I DIDN'T KNOW BETTER I WOULD SAY THIS FIRM IS "BUST" GOING DOWN IN FLAMES. The only real question you need to ask yourself is "Do I think I can get; 1 my goods delivered, OR 2 is an illusionary 10% saving worth the arse ache of getting the credit card / paypal / worldpay, to step up and refund me,BEFORE THE RECEIVERS COME IN. (Because I can ASSURE you that getting Golfbuyitonline to process the refund is harder than getting a politician to answer THE question.) If you are still considering using them how about this offer. PAY ME £200 for matching Taylormade SLDR Driver and fairway wood, any loft, any flex, INCLUDING NEXT DAY DELIVERY......... you must know, I have not got any stock, but give me your money and I'll sort it out for you........promise. Fancy it??? You have just answered the question "Should I use Golfbuyitonline?" YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Placed an order for £134.98 for golf travel bags on 9 February and received an acknowledgment on 10 February stating, "3-5 days until we dispatch your order. The package will therefore be with you in aprox 6 working days (UK delivery)".
On 18 February received an email stating, "the travel covers have been delayed until the middle of April." I replied on the same day, "Sorry, but mid-April is no good for me. Please cancel the order and refund my account." Immediately following which I received the reply, "No problem I will ensure a refund is processed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused."
On 22 March, having received no refund, I tried contacting by telephone, but could never get beyond the auto-response, so I emailed a reminder about my refund, but received no reply!
BUYER BEWARE

i saw a great deal on golfbuyitonlines web site & bought 3 Nike Covert ,i recived an email next day telling me there would be a 7-10 working day delay then after 12 working days i got another email telling there would bwe a further 7 working day delay ,Please dont waste your time buying from them

I wouldnt order from this company as they dont have any stock, i waited 6 weeks for my order before cancelling and god knows how long i would have to wait for it to arrive. Theres plenty of other good golf sites so give this one a miss.

Made 2 orders with Golf Buy It over the past 2 weeks. Both times I had to phone them after 2 days to find out why the order was still 'in progress'. Both times they said they were having problems getting stock from the manufacturer and they would take a few weeks to arrive. Surely if items weren't in stock they should be advertised as out of stock. To be fair to them they did give full refunds on both orders within a couple of hours of requesting a refund (copying in Vale of Glamorgan trading standards) and raising a Paypal dispute. Not great but at least they gave me my money back easily.

Ordered golf shoes for my son on 17th February and 18 days on, they have still not arrived. No email correspondence to inform me of a delay. When I eventually managed to get through by phone the guy was unapologetic and just said that he hoped they would be in soon! Have asked for a refund - fingers crossed! It is obvious from previous reviews that this company is happy to take your money but not particularly concerned about actually sending you what you've bought!

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME IT'S HAPPENED TO ME WITH THIS COMPANY.

YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN AND THEY THEN ORDER IN THE GOODS, REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS TAKE A LAW BREAKING 5 DAYS. THEY USE YOUR MONEY AS CASH FLO.

I URGE YOU TO PLEASE REPORT TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROVIDERS THAT THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Purchased several items from golfbuyitonline, one of which was a driver for my son. This was about 3 weeks ago and still stunned at what they are able to do regards to holding your money.
Needed within about 10 days but opted for the next day delivery service. They contacted later that day to say that its a special order and will be dispatched in approx. 14 days - I called to ask why isn't that stated on the website? (I wasn't annoyed just needed another option if possible). The bloke seemed not bothered, stated that there was a different option for the same club but that would take 7 to 10 days.

Certain items they have in stock, some shoes, gloves, smaller items and lower cost equipment.....hence why they get some good reviews.
Appalling customer service.

Ordered 2 clubs both showing in stock and still are but both out of stock and when I called to ask why and date of delivery was told complete bollox so don't buy from again as this is the second time I've bought from them and both times poor service.

I got American a Golf to price match the Driver these clowns said they had in stock and didn't so I'm happy to use these fools like they use our money for cash flow!!

Quick note to say I bought few items from you and from ordering to delivery the service was very good
I also had slight issue with the items received and I called your customer service team and spoke to Will and this was resolved instantly, also have now received the wood covers.
