Simple and easy to request the gold pack via website, which arrived within 2 days a prepaid and insured envelope. Prepared and sent the envelope back to GoldMonkeys. Within 24h they’ve sent an offer and paid after my acceptance.

Fast delivery of the return envelope… prompt payment (within 2 hours) once I accepted their offer. Plus an added bonus of £10 as I sent it back within 24 hours. Great service and customer service all round.
