Mahak Sawlani was amazing helped me trouble shoot some issues i was having with the auto dialer that was giving me problems , he help me though some trouble shooting and fixed the issue , She deserves a raise and promotion.

Just a solid overall company with great support

I am impressed with the level of support I received from Gurvinder today. He was patient, and quite knowledgeable about the product. I am amazed at the amount of useful integrated services within High Level. I will need to spend some time learning this software, but with it, I should be able to do amazing things.

Sakshi Agarwal was the only one from multiple people who managed to help with my issue of why my automation emails had no option to have a specific Reply To email address different then the dedicated domain address. Fix was to just click enter not just SAVE. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

I opted-in for a free trial and when the period was over, I wanted to cancel it. And in the process of confirming the cancelation, I’m asked to fill-in the password. And no matter how many times I tried, I get an error that passw is incorrect, although I just logged in with it. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t succeed. So I blocked them as a merchant with my bank. But they keep trying to charge my card every few days. Crazy…and terribly shady
