orderd pack of 8 Eneloop AAA batteries Feb 2025
and received a pack manufactured May 2022. The picking ticket that came with the batteries item description states a 2022 card pack. Nowhere on their web site or in the recept when orderd does it say 2022 manufactured.
Very underhanded way of doing buisiness selling old stock as new.
Needles to say they have lost any future custome and I will advise others.

Ordered batteries online and delivered two days later. Immediately answered when I phoned their helpdesk with query. Very polite and helpful on helpdesk call. Very satisfied with service. Too early to say how batteries will perform but very long shelf life given on packets.

Order was shipped within a few hours and arrived promptly. Reasonable prices and highly efficient service.

I bought some JCB branded LED bulbs from them which are claimed to last 10,000 hours. GoGreenBatteries' warranty is only 30 days so when the bulbs started failing after only 1 year, they refused to help. Totally useless. Avoid.

I have been buying my batteries from GoGreen Batteries for a few years now and they are my go-to for my battery needs - mostly rechargeables. The service is always prompt and efficient. The only time I had one issue it was resolved the same day.

Batteries supplied were produced in Nov 2022 and supplied to me in 2024. This in my view is way too old. When contacted Go Green Batteries blamed Amazon for this as stock is held in their warehouse. Not acceptable Go Green Batteries you are the seller, it is up to you to take responsibility.

Ordered 2 oven light bulbs and one when fitted lasted a couple of weeks then failed due to a defect . Contacted Go Green Batteries gave my details and replacement bulb arrived within 4 days .
Very good customer service will recommend this company to anyone .

Ordered Duracell C123 3V Ultra Lithium batteries but received the cheaper standard batteries.

site is confusing. paid price other companies charge for ten batteries and was sent two batteries. they refered to small print. do not use!!

Ordered AAA batteries which did not arrive. Contacted gogreen who replied in a very timely and courteous manner and explained that Royal Mail were having a lot of problems. They politely asked me to contact them again if the items did not arrive and they would resolve the problem... which they did at their own expense.

Ordered Ecopower GP. Received Recycho. Similar but not the same. Will do I suppose. Gogreen asked for a review but their process wouldn't complete. Not great.

Product was delivered on time but when I left a voicemail requesting help with an issue nobody ever phoned me. For that reason alone I will never use again.

My new "Go To" supplier for rechargeable batteries. Great prices and fast delivery! Would highly recommend!
