I have lived many decades of life with a binge eating disorder. Anti spike and the glucose goddess method have put an end to this eating pattern. I am truly free and enjoying real food for the first time. I feel like a normal person. No longer fat free, low fat, no oil dressings that made me feel defective. There is 1 caveat. Being 4'9" and salt sensitive I have to make very slight modifications in recipes. But that's all good. One should know oneself. Thank you Jesse. You're my favorite!!

I read the books, watched the YouTube videos, have a scientific background, I understand the concepts and mechanism of action. I ordered and tried the formulation. I also incorporated the hacks. I've noticed an extreme down-turn in my cravings and an upswing in satiety. I easily have my last meal at 5 pm even when i go to bed at midnight. That's a huge success. Thank you.

If I hadn't found glucose goddess I don't think I could've figured out how to maintain myself. I was always drained and hated myself so much. Her videos really helped me acknowledge what I was doing wrong, why my body always craves for more food, how can I control it. I understood everything she said and started to do it her way and BOOM my life changed.
