I hardly put reviews for anything but these tablets have reduced my appetite and I eat less which I am very surprised as I thought this wouldn't work but it really has. My bad habit was late night snacking which has reduced. Thank you.

Bought what I thought was a one-off purchase. It wasn’t made clear this was a recurring subscription. The pills have had zero effect, very expensive placebos as far as I can tell. When I tried to cancel and get a refund, the process was deliberately obstructive. Still being charged. Avoid unless you enjoy paying monthly for nothing

I’ve had a very positive experience with Glucose Goddess. The product has felt really good on my stomach, and over time I’ve noticed positive changes in my body, especially around abdominal fat.

I also really appreciate how easy the website is to use. Managing my subscription has been smooth and flexible — for example, before traveling I was able to request a double shipment, then later pause delivery while I was away, and now I’ve easily switched it back to my regular plan.

Only 1 week in and already not experiencing food cravings/hunger. Difficult to assess which meal to prioritise but also doing the vinegar recommendation for other meal which seems to help too. Tend to eat oats/homemade granola with berries and yoghurt am so conscious of sugar/carbs so have anti spike then. Lunch often not carbs, not eating sugar or much fruit in between so dinner sometimes have carbs but portion control - so far so good!

Anti spike tablets are definitely working for me. The information from her book is amazing, making small changes are making a difference. Food makes much more sense to me now knowing what it does to your glucose levels when consumed

It actually works! I have less cravings and if I do get them, they are more manageable.

I found the communication and customer support excellent. Also, the package was delivered on time as well without delay. Usually international packages take about 15 days, but I got mine in 5 days. Still trying the antispike product. Will give it some time before I post my review on the anti spike pills. Great work!

I bought Anti Spike because vinegar gives me diarrhea. I've been using Anti Spike for two weeks before dinner, after which I eat dessert. I've lost 1 kg in that time and am back to my healthy weight.

Been following glucose goddess for awhile now and very satisfied with her supplement.

If you sign up for their subscription, be aware that the two-month commitment is for a minimum of three product purchases, not two. I don't see that explained in their TOS. This tactic is concerning, which is why I'm rating the company one star.
