Good customer relations
I received a quibble free pragmatic solution to an issue I had over the inability to select the colour of a certain toy which was drawn from the warehouse on an 'as it comes' basis (dispatched overnight). Pleased that it was resolved calmly and with understanding - essential ingredients of good customer relations. So a 10/10 goes to a brilliant customer service handler.

Poor delivery service
I placed a small but urgent order for next day delivery. DPD sent a missed delivery email. There is no reason why this should happen, as there is a delivery office where items can be left, even when unmanned.
This is the second time that this has happened during the past couple of weeks. DPD are unreliable and GLS should consider changing couriers.

The pallet took around a week and a half to reach us. Several of the bags of sand were burst and spilled out, because of nails sticking up on the pallets.

My only niggle is that they don't sell all the colours of the Pilot V board refills. Why don't you sell refills for the orange pens ?
One of the reasons we use these pens is the smaller environmental impact. I have a drawer full of orange pens but can not get the refills anywhere, buying new pens seems so wasteful when I only need refills.
