Double wrapping
GLS constantly use way too much packaging for the items I buy eg paper and exercise books. Everything is double wrapped which is not a good use of resources.

An order I placed months ago was wrong
An order I placed months ago was wrong, I called before I placed this order and was assured that the wrong items sent previous had now been sorted out on the website and in the warehouse. I placed a very large order again and exactly the same things were sent wrong again.
