We contacted nagarajan for a quick courier service from Bangalore to Dubai and he sent a person for packing and weighing the items. Goraknath was very professional in packing amd providing answers to all your queries. Their service is very good and I will recommend their service for anyone who needs quick courier delivery from one country to another.

I highly recommend Global India Express for international medical shipments out of india.
We live in Los Angeles, USA. I order medicines for my father from his doctor in Trichy India, every 3 months. Before we started using Global India Express, I've had issues bringing them in - lost money and medicines, had trouble with customs.

Last year, I sent a WhatsApp message to a few medical courier companies, not expecting any response. To my surprise, Mr. Nagarajan called me and assured me medicines will be handled properly and efficiently. He also went over the procedures to bring medicines through US customs legally. We have been using Global India Express ever since.

I want to personally thank Mr. Nagarajan for being personable, caring and excellent customer focus. When I message him about a prescription pickup, he calls our pharmacy to check the availability of medicines, sends his courier guy to Trichy to pick up the medicines, then tracks and updates me the status all the way until it's delivered to our door in LA! Thank you, Mr. Nagarajan!

I am using Global India Express courier from past 3 years for international couriers. They are doing their job good. On time delivery. And I would have to mention Nagaraj. His way of co ordination and work is very good.

I have been using the service of Global India Express for quite some time and I'm happy with their coordination and services. Thank you so much Mr. Nagarajan.

We received the package that was sent to Sweden and could see that the package has been modified completely (reasons below)
Billed for 34 kilos and received only 30 kilos - Extra charge 2800 Rs for 4 kilos

We have not been informed about this during the collection and if that is the case, we could have modified it accordingly (overall - Approx 7000)

worst thing is: we tried to reach customer case but no response so far on the raised compliant

What is particularly concerning is the company's complete denial of responsibility for the situation. After an initial commitment to compensation, the accounts department now claims that they are not accountable for items removed by Australian customs, contradicting their earlier assurances.

This flip-flopping and lack of accountability reflect poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's not just about the monetary compensation, but also about the principle of transparency and responsibility. The overall experience has been characterized by miscommunication, delays, and a complete lack of professionalism.

I am left with no choice but to consider taking legal action to address these issues. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering using global express.

I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their shipments with this company, considering the lack of information, the harassment caused by numerous follow-ups, and the failure to honor their commitments.

I have always got wonderful service from them. From the person who picks up the consignment, helps me pack to booking and also the delivery has always been on time. Even if there is any problem they make sure it’s delivered on time.

Great experience

I was very pleased with Global India Express. They picked up my parcel within an hour of my confirmation, packed it and sent it to New Zealand, taking care of all the paperwork. It was then transferred to FedEx and arrived a day early!!

Highly relible and economic service. I had move some of my household items from Bamgalore to Sweden through Global India Express. Very much satisfied with their service. Special thaks to Nagarajan for always being a phone call or whatsapp chat away to clarify any questions.

All the positive reviews seems to be of this company's employees. Even after 3 months my parcel is not delivered. It seems DPD is barred in spain then also Global India Express is using this vendor to deliver the parcels. Beware of this fraud company. They know very little about the international couriers. They are not telling me what is the issue with the courier. It is lack of trait knowledge and highly unprofessional approach. This company should hire some professionals.
