Farhan Abubakar was my agent for the property. He went out of the way to help me sorted with property and acquiring it. It didn't even felt like I was dealing with Property Agency. Moreover the hospitality of friend sorting me out with Housing issue.

Farhan is very professional and have a great patience to deal with unintelligent problems. For Global, I think he is an asset. He have interest in details, which is a sign of a great agent. Keep going Farhan !! I truly wish you the best.

I have reported these induvial to my banks fraud team, which will also inform the police to investigate. I have also raised the alarm about there conduct of fraud to other services they are using to front their business.

I am doing my best to recover the £1210 they have stolen from me, for showing me a property they had no intention of giving me the keys to.

I have given them every opportunity, but are not co-operating.

Had a similar experience to the negative reviews already registered here... wish I had read and trusted them to stay clear

I received a apology for the way things were handled on Monday 14th/10/2024, and eventually got my money returned on the 16th/10/2024 without the intervention of my bank fraud team.

Although the incident is now come to a close, I am not likely going to forget this experience for some time...

I have had a lovely experience with the agent Faran Abubakar. He has assisted me for over three months who has assisted me from being homeless. He has secured me a beautiful flat with tight deadline! Honestly this person is running the whole Lettings operation. A limitation, to point out this company does not have any form of contact to communicate apart from this agent!

Had a lovely experience with Faran with my smooth move in. Had a notice to quit and Faran saved us from being homeless. He has exception skills with his corporate background. He is the only form of contact through the company and needs to be head of lettings as he is very professional and diligent with his level of skills and work

I had a tight deadline to move out of my house, and the processing of my application initially took a bit longer than expected. However, once Faran was assigned to my case, everything changed for the better. Faran was incredibly efficient and ensured that every step was handled promptly. Understanding the urgency of my situation, Farahan went above and beyond by arranging for my new house keys to be sent via next-day delivery. Thanks to Faran's dedication and swift action, I was able to move into my new home on time. I truly appreciate the exceptional service Faran provided.

Scam. Global Guardians has taken my deposit and rent and gave me the wrong keys. I’m currently stranded without a place to live and there’s no answer (phone calls, email). The hotline constantly says “you’re currently at queue position one” it has been this way for the last few days

Communication is poor. Most messages you send with questions/queries are not answered, except with a copy and paste message telling you to sign up on their website. Many adverts on Spareroom do not have photos or miss vital information. Someone even called me to urge me to sign up, which I had done. When I submitted all of my information - telling them I had been travelling and did not have recent payslips, they rejected me. Even though I had proof of savings (for over a year's worth of rent) and employment in a full-time, well-paid position, Avoid.

So you see their advert and ask for property details. They are so much keen to follow their procedures they will tell you to book for a viewing and the agent during the viewing would be happy to answer questions. You book for the viewing on their comfortable time (you have no choice and no right to ask questions) and go to see the place. This guy tells you all wonderful things and the bills are included etc etc. then you go through all the tiresome vetting process. I have asked around my doubts through multiple emails my for about a week's time. No response nothing... then one day they finally give you a call, and say that you have completed your Vetting process, book for viewing to which I keep saying I have completed viewing what's the next step? Finally she get there and I ask for reassurance that if the bills are included to which she says no bills are included and I will have to first get a connection from the authorities by myself. I told her this wasn't what I was informed then she goes sorry for the inconvenience however no bills are included. As far as I know I am paying the rent for the property, and I have the lowest right for information and they have terrible communication channels. They take their sweet time and respond as they want, change things as and when they like. They Don't understand that it is the resident's time, enery and money they are wasting. Now I have limited time to find a new property and move. They are happy to give some generic non sense when you ask, why do I need to know that. I want to know what concerns me. The worst experience!!! I couldn't give 0 stars..

Global Guardias are a joy to deal with. At each and every step of registration and letting, from the start to the finish, they were there to hold my hand and lead me through the whole process. Very professional and knowledgeable, Anwar is to be recommended for all your viewings. This is definitely NOT your typical high street chain, Moejha Myrie is thoughtful, polite, straight talking and honest.I am extremely grateful to Stephen for getting all the Gas and electrical appliances checked by very professional engineers.
