Great whisky, great service
Being the first distillery I ever visited, I'll always have a soft spot for the Glengone products. The bottle came very quickly with perfect engraving for my son's wedding as a better reminder than most other gifts. So both the bottle itself and the contents are memorable.

The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate, not being a whiskey drinker myself and looking for a gift I found the notes about each product extremely useful to chose the gift. The item arrived in excellent time and sas packaged for an extremely safe delivery. The presentation is beautiful in tissue wrap that disguises the hidden gem within. Will most certainly be using the website again and 1000% recommend it to anyone looking for that special gift or to just treat themselves.

Wonderful family run business.
I ordered this whiskey after reading an article about the family‑run business that had just won Whiskey of the Year. The service was excellent — the website was easy to use, and the two free glasses were a brilliant bonus.
I also loved being able to add a personalised message to the bottle, which will make this gift even more special. And to top it all off, they included a free miniature as well.
Their delivery was quick and well packaged, I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Have visited a few times so know some I like. Many bottles shown are out of stock which can be a little frustrating would be my only downside.
Ordered on Friday and shipped by monday,which seems good service for a small site.

The packaging was great
The packaging was great, well presented and a lovely looking bottle of whisky. Only complaint was the delivery driver left the bottle at the side of my front door in the hedge, should it had rained everything would have got soaked and ruined. it is possible to see my front door from the street therefore the bottle could have been stolen or worse stolen by someone under the legal drinking age.
