Order placed before letting me review
My account automatically logged in thru “shop” and as soon as it logged in, it placed my order. Beyond upset. I did not get to confirm ANY details before the order went through. As soon as it logged in, it placed the order. The card that was linked to whatever “shop” is was not the card that I wanted to use. So that’s money taken out of an account that I didn’t want to use. Also, I had to check my email to see what I even ordered and apparently I ordered a 16” length chain instead of the 18” that I wanted. Very upset and may return my order at this point. What happened to going to a “review order” screen before submitting payment?!?! Why did it automatically force me to sign in with whatever “shop” is and then it placed the order as soon as it logged in?!
