I have two bags from them already which…

I have two bags from them already which I really like. They are great quality in my opinion, HOWEVER this is the reason I gave it three stars instead of five. I pre ordered a bag in October. The launch was very beginning of the new year. I still have no bag I preordered for over $100.
When I emailed the company (numerous times) for updates, they were quick to reply which I appreciate but the answer was always the same. Essentially “our bad, there is a delay with the manufacturer” meanwhile the owners social media pages are promoting newer products and pre order launches. Like if you can’t get out a product you promoted in October by the January launch date it would probably be in the company best interest to not pre sell even newer things.
Finally I got an email two weeks ago saying my bag is ready to be shipped! (End of February) I’m in HI and the company is in California. For some reason my bag looks to be at a standstill. So it shipped but it he only updates I have is that it is “in transit” I know sometimes tracking doesn’t get scanned but if you are going to make customers wait so long for a product they purchased well in advance you could priority ship it to them. As of now I am highly annoyed by this company. I will be surprised if I ever see my bag I purchased. That being said, even if it is the bag to end all bags and can even do my taxes I will not change my star rating on this. Such unprofessional business practices.

BEWARE - poor quality and full refunds not possible!

If ordering from outside the U.S. a refund is practically IMPOSSIBLE. I excitedly waited for my new bag (with accessories) which arrived with a rip through the front. It took weeks to negotiate a refund as the owner insisted a discount was good enough. In the end, I had to accept a partial refund. Waste of time and money. You can find lots of similar products online for a lower cost. Don't shop here!
