Great service. Glasses where delivered on time and as described. I did have a problem in terms of the prescription I used which meant I had to claim a refund. The returns process was straightforward and the refund was processed very quickly.

This is the second time I have used Glasses Direct and I am really pleased with the result.
Ordered varifocals which can be tricky but not in this case as they are perfect, it definitely pays to get the top varifocal lenses. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Very seamless and when they arrived they fitted better than ones I had ordered and collected from high street retailers
Plus you have the try before you buy frames and 120 return policy so I had a go and worked out cheaper for me but may not for other people depending what you are after so do your research

Incorrect lens in one pair
I have received a reply but don't understand still how the one pair is incorrect if I put the same details in each case. Also why did you not call me to discuss rather than just do the incorrect 3rd pair
I put my prescription in for 3x near sited glasses. 2 seemed fine but one was clearly wrong - I phoned to complain but was told it was my fault for not putting the prescription in correctly - I asked how it was that 2 pairs seemed fine but the girl just kept repeating the prescription was not input correctly time and time again

We’re very sorry for the confusion and for how your concern was handled during your previous contact with us. The representative should have reviewed each pair more carefully before advising that the prescription had been entered incorrectly.
Upon checking, the prescription details for the three pairs were entered correctly overall. However, on the third pair, the Near/Add value was not included. This value is important when the glasses are intended for reading or other close-up tasks. Without the Near/Add value, the lenses are produced based on the distance prescription, which would explain why that particular pair is not working correctly for close-up vision.
We completely understand why the previous explanation was confusing, especially since the other two pairs are working as expected. We’ll take this as feedback and ensure the information provided to you is reviewed so similar confusion can be avoided in future.
