GiftRocket was a gift to me. I got to choose the restaurant. It was very easy to use. I have told my friends to use it as a gift. Great experience.

I received a giftrocket for my birthday. I had never heard of the company before this. I was very, very pleased with the ease of redeeming it. I will definitely use giftrocket in the future for my gifting needs.

This was my first experience with Gift Rocket and it was easy, seamless and PERFECT! I'm a remote employee and at Christmas, one of the execs at HQ wanted to present me with a gift card to one of places I frequent for food. Of course the place I chose didn't have digital gift cards so I received a Gift Rocket. I had never heard about it but it was simple to redeeme and turn into a deposit into my checking account so that I can pay at the establishment of my choice via debit card. I love that idea and being tech challenged, it was simple to do and took no time at all. It was a winning experience. I am totally sold on Gift Rocket

STEER CLEAR!

For my father's birthday Jan 5th, I googled, "Edwin Watts Gift Card," and one of the very first things that popped up was giftrocket.com. I thought this was who Edwin Watts affiliated themselves with to sell gift cards online (because they made it appear that way intentionally on the site). I quickly purchased a gift certificate TO BE USED AT EDWIN WATTS and my father received his email with the $100 "ONLINE GIFT CARD" minutes later. Come to find out, THEY AREN'T AFFILIATED IN ANY WAY, nor are they allowed to even use the Edwin Watts logo or hold themselves out as having an agreement with them!!! I verified this with the VP of E Commerce at Edwin Watts himself. They sent Gift Rocket a cease and desist letter asap.

Ultimately, when my father accessed the "egift card" through his email, he was told his only option to actually spend the card was to, A - wait 10-14 days for them to SEND HIM AN EDWIN WATTS GIFT CARD IN THE MAIL, or B - go through a list of options for garbage companies where he could use the e-gift instead (SOLD TO ME AS AN E GIFT CARD FROM THE START!!!) What a total sham this company is. STEER CLEAR!

Very clever idea!
Was sent this as a gift with a recommendation of what to apply the money towards (Mine was a dog walking service)
I loved the fact that this was a gift card that could be applied to something specific, HOWEVER the coolest thing about this is that you have the option to apply the money towards the gift giver's initial recommendation, or numerous other options that GiftRocket suggests.
Not seeing what you want? Just transfer the money to your account!
This gift card has the freedom for absolutely anything and everything.
Simple, easy to use, and fast!

Easy to use. Several options such as gift cards, credit cards, and also ACH for deposit to bank account. Processed quickly. Doesn’t get much better.

Easy to get a gift card and send it to a friend multiple states away. Variety of places to choose from.

I received an e-gift card. Had a question about it and received an answer right away. Used the e-gift card of my choice at the store and had no problems.

I was a recipient of a gift card from GiftRocket. It was easy to select the one of many choices of vendors I had to choose from. I received an email with the redemption information within a day.

I sent a gift. He accepted. Two days later, I get an email saying my order has been canceled with NO EXPLANATION. When I asked why, i got this response:

"Terribly sorry for the trouble and unintended embarrassment, but unfortunately this gift was canceled by our security team and you will not be charged.

Regrettably, we cannot release any details as to why this occurred to maintain the integrity of our security procedures."

I have never been rejected on this credit card anywhere in 15 years. Will never buy again.

This Gift Rocket thing is not what it seems. We purchased a gift card for a listed business, when the recipient tried to use it the merchant would not accept it, then the recipient received an email that we had canceled the card. No such thing happened on our end. We checked our account and found that they had credited our purchase back to us. At least we got our money back, but no notification and they tell our recipient we canceled it. Totally embarrassing for all. I would not recommend using this service.

I received a my first GiftRocket giftcard. It was my first time hearing of the company and I love the concept! It was a straightforward process with flexible options which was great. I will definitely be using in the future.

BEWARE MISLEADING GIFT CERTIFICATES. We recently purchased six $50 gift certificates to a local restaurant for family members. We also paid an additional $4.50 fee per certificate for these gifts. In short, Gift Rocket asked them to provide their bank account information to redeem them, which,of course, they did not feel comfortable doing. We are embarrassed and they didn't get the local gift they wanted.

This was easy to navigate & providing easy information to access help if needed.

I received a Gift Rocket present from a neighbor and it was so easy to cash it in for a gift card of our choice. We are looking forward to a great dinner now. Thank you GiftRocket for a smooth transaction.

The cost of sending the gift was reasonable. The variety of places for the recipients to use the gift is plentiful. Past experience from a gifter made me think of giftrocket for this giving season
