Bought some simulated bird toys for my cats. The description and video showed a bird that chirped but also flapped its wings and flew around. Upon receiving the product, the toys only made noise. I reached out to inquire if the wrong item had been sent only to receive an email stating if I want to return the product I have to pay for shipping or accept a 30% less refund. It’s like they knew they were falsely advertising but just completely ignored the subject. Never again. Don’t shop here!

An absolute scam I just lost 160 dollars.

Tried to redeem a gift card I received. Went to the Giftrocket website and saw this

We started GiftRocket 15 years ago with the goal of making it easier to send thoughtful and flexible gifts online. However, over the past 6 years, the team has been focused on building Tremendous, and we no longer have the bandwidth to support this site.
As a result, we're winding down GiftRocket. Starting on January 1st, 2025, we will no longer be accepting new orders for GiftRockets.

Says they will honor outstanding gift cards but haven't honored mine.

I had purchased a gift certificate online from gift rocket for my parents and I called them within 24 hours to cancel this gift card. I have written confirmation that the gift card was canceled and that my money would be returned to me within 10 business days well let me tell you something it’s already 20 days and we still don’t have our money we have written to them millions of times they have not responded And of course if you call the number it’s impossible to get to them because they only have a recording on this is a scam and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

They randomly just cancelled two gift vouchers after I bought them and had already given them as gifts. I suspect it’s because I’m an Australian buying gifts for my American family. Regardless too risky to use when they just cancel 5 days after purchase

There is nothing more to say then this is a scam and your gift card will not be redeemable! I've contacted customer service and they just run you in circles. I've never issued a review and don't believe in it, but when a company purposely is corrupt, then here I am telling you not to use this company.

here's a recent email, total of 4 so far and they are no longer responding... They keep saying they'll send an email to activate or connect me to the card but.....

First time using

It was easy to redeem my gift rocket gift certificate! So many choices...Highly recommend using this company.

Must provide banking numbers online, not a safe practice these days.

Gift rocket first kept clearing my payment and gift information whenever i changed sites Then after confirming payment and having wedding gift emailed to recipient, they canceled my order for “security issues” they would not disclose My credit rating is over 800 and i have never experienced a security problem when ordering online gifts They did keep the $27 service fee however!! Gift Rocket is u reliable and here seems to have usurped a fee from me

I love this service! I think it’s the perfect customizable solution to gift giving that shows how much thought someone puts into a gift. A lot of people would see it as the opposite, but I think it’s perfect!

Buyer beware. This is a third party company and these ‘certificates’ that are paid for in cash, can expire. California has a law that gift certificates CAN NOT expire. I bought a certificate from a local restaurant as a gift for a friend. I was under the impression I was purchasing it from the restaurant but in fact I was purchasing it from a third party; GiftRocket. A gift certificate from the restaurant can not expire but GiftRocket certificates can. If life gets in the way and you can’t redeem your certificate with in their expectation date, you are SOL!!

The support staff at GiftRocket responded to me within minutes of my initial request email. I had a problem with my gift certificate (totally my fault) and they were gracious and rectified it to my advantage. Having never used GiftRocket before, I was blown away by their prompt and positive responses!

My kids sent me a Gift Rocket e card. I never had experienced a card from this company. They made it very easy to receive the card to my Amazon account. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had issues with cards redeeming 5 rewards be because card disable before expiring. I have no success getting response. I would like to talk to someone from corporate Nick Baum see issue can be resolved.

GiftRocket made it easy to buy things online, I went on Amazon to buy needed things. Just redeemed so quickly. Put in a code and you are there, getting this paid at checkout. This gift never expires. Got it at a great occasion, from family at a gathering I held after healing and celebrating.

I wanted to buy a gift certificate from Movement Restoration for my husband. When I went on line the first site that appeared was for Gift Rocket, leading with the name Movement Restoration
I bought a gift card but when my husband tried to use it Gift Rocket
said it doesn’t do business with Movement Restoration. “ The name only appears as a suggestion” said a representative
I have a suggestion for you. Don’t ever use Gift Rocket

This company is very customer focused and easy to conduct business.

To redeem my gift money, I asked GiftRocket to send the money to my Venmo account. When it did not appear when I checked my Venmo account before going to bed, I was concerned this was a scam. I emailed GiftRocket and received an immediate response that the money would be transferred and in the morning my money was in my Venmo account. I appreciated the immediate response to my concern.

As a gift recipient, what a fantastic gift. Was easy to receive so we could treat ourselves to something we want. Loved it!
