It was very easy to use

I just experienced using GiftRocket for the first time. Someone dear to me bought me a gift card to my favorite store (Crossroads Trading). However, I got three other gift cards to that store, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that through GiftRocket, I could actually change to another gift card shop -- I decided on Amazon.com --- and it worked so easily. I simply searched for another store from their long list and clicked on it and then a short time later they sent me an email with directions on how to redeem the card on Amazon. It's a can't lose gift option because the recipient can choose any store they want. Love this. I will def. be using this again.

The process of using GiftRocket was easy. This is the first time I used this. I ordered a gift card and sent it to the recipient’s email. I had a choice on what day she was to receive the gift. Her gift was received the same day I bought it! I received an email from GiftRocket as a confirmation of my order. I also received a phone call from the recipient thanking me for her gift! I will use this service in the future!

Got gift card next day I received an email saying it was cancelled due to security reason with no explanation. It was a surprise birthday $100 gift card for my wife.they ruined it

They tell me my gift card has expired and will not honor it. To quote the rep:
"Upon checking, your gift has expired. The GiftRocket Prepaid Gift is a cash-equivalent gift redeemable through the GiftRocket website. It is not a gift card that is accepted by third-party merchants and as such is not covered by the CARD Act's regulation of gift cards."

I was skeptical at first and worried that birthday money sent over the Internet would vanish somehow. I reached out to customer service and got a prompt, accurate and friendly response. The process was seamless.

The entire process of redeeming the gift via GiftRocket was pleasantly easy, no 'surprises'. To redeem, all I had to do was go to GiftRocket website, enter the Gift code then select the desired method of redemption ( I chose Amazon gift card). Less than a day later, the Amazon card appeared in email, and successfully redeemed on Amazon. EASY!!

I received a gift 3 years ago , recommended a restaurant near me. Unfortunately it had closed later that year. I was cleaning up my old emails and came upon the gift. I saw I had the option to cash it out; so I did! It showed in my acct in 2 day . So grateful it had no expiration date and was super easy process— and secure!! Thank you

I had an expired gift that was a substantial amount. Due to COVID-19, I was not able to redeem the gift in the allotted time frame. The customer service was exceptional. I spoke with Marianie regarding my situation, and she said she would check with her manager to see what could be done. Her manager, Emily, did get back to me and shared that an exception would be made. I was able to redeem the expired gift. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

GiftRocket came up with a brilliant idea for how to generate gift cards. Usually when giving a gift card, we are wanting our recipient to use the funds for something we believe is meaningful to them. It is not always easy to procure that exact gift card. GiftRocket treats it like a gift card but allows the receiver to treat it like cash as well if either the receiver wants to use it differently or has trouble using it. It is really the best!!!!!

It was so Easy to use and with no hiccups in arriving right on time! I will use again! The only thing was a small service fee that I didn’t like.

I was not familiar with GiftRocket until I tried to buy a gift card at a restaurant in a different city. The restaurant said they couldn’t do it and then I discovered GiftRocket. The process was smooth and professional. Really good customer service. I will definitely use the again.

What a great idea I was having issues trying to find a place to give a gift to a friend and your company came up on Google and it worked awesome! He was able to transfer it to Venmo even!

Gift was easy to redeem! I got a gift from my in-laws over Christmas and I finally got around to redeeming it yesterday.
I loved all of the options in gift cards, and ended up deciding to redeem the gift to my Venmo. The process was easy to do and the funds came through within 24 hours.

My kids gifted me the GiftRocket certificate, it was easy for them to get it online and give me a print out with the information on how to retrieve. What i found very helpful, is that i was able to select whatever gift card i wanted, chose from hundreds of different cards. I was emailed the card and registration info within 24 hours and was able to apply to my account. Very fast and easy..

It's very easy to turn your gift into money or a preferred gift card elsewhere.
