The service i have received from Giant has been fantastic from beginning to end over the last ~5 years. No issues have ever been too much and the staff have always gone abive and beyond.

My most recent interaction was with Kristie regarding final payments and end of contract which lead to an extra issue which has addressed and handled in an extremely quick and efficient manner.

Always fantastic customer service and a shame I'm parting ways now

He showed great patience with me as well, as there was issues when I tried to log into Giant portal and he was able to fix it in such short notice. Overall, it was a smooth and great onboarding experience.😁👍

Apart from the annoying Bot at the beginning of the support process, I found the support chat really helpful. Kristie Edwards was pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with her, and she quickly understood and corrected my misunderstanding, thus clearing my confusion and resolving my issue.
But, please, lose the bot at the start of the process.

Wonderful service and lots of help offered when needed. Communication was clear. Sabahat was especially helpful and was always friendly and professional making my experience with PwC feel stress free.
