Andreu Marin has been helpful and timely at every step of my passport application. Although costly, navigating Spanish bureaucracy is difficult and I feel the guidance and help I received was worth it.

Terrible, unprofessional experience. Paid exorbitant fees for a passport that I'm not sure I'll get. The lawyers are rude, vague, and unaccountable. They use Google translate to email, and don't clarify confusing phrasing. They do the absolute BARE MINIMUM for you, I cannot stress this enough. So far, I've paid $6600 for them to fill out THREE forms. Spend your money anywhere else.

Erika and Elze helped and advised me on obtaining my citizenship. Although I did most of the evidence gathering work myself, They were always helpful and prompt in responding to my questions. They were extremely helpful in getting my appointment with the consulate, and then when my appointment was cancelled by the London consulate (as they decided my application should be via the Manchester consulate), Elze and Erika sorted out directly to ensure I didn't have to start the appointment process all over again.

Now I have my citizenship, I am considering purchasing a home in Italy, and will definitely be using Giambrone to assist

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this law firm in Palermo. From the start, their behavior was nothing short of hypocritical. They claimed to uphold the highest ethical standards, but their actions spoke a completely different language. I was misled at every turn, with promises made that were never followed through on. It quickly became clear that trust was something they had no intention of honoring.

The level of professionalism was absolutely lacking. Communication was sporadic and unresponsive, and when they did respond, it was with vague, non-committal answers. It felt like I was dealing with amateurs, not professionals.

Their ideology, if you can even call it that, seemed to be entirely based on self-interest rather than genuinely helping their clients. They presented themselves as advocates for justice, but their actions revealed a starkly different reality.

If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy law firm, look elsewhere. I deeply regret my decision to work with them.

My experience with this law firm was frustrating and costly. They failed to deliver on their initial promises, causing me significant financial damage, yet they still insisted on full payment.

Broken Promises and No Accountability – At the start, they assured me that my legal process would be smooth. However, they failed to achieve the expected results and blamed external factors, forcing me to bear additional expenses while they demanded full payment.

Missed Deadlines, Financial Losses – Their lack of diligence in following key deadlines resulted in unnecessary delays, leading to additional costs on my end that could have been avoided with proper case management.

Dramatic Change in Service After Hiring – Before I signed their engagement letter, they were extremely responsive and proactive. However, once I hired them, their approach became careless—they provided incorrect information, failed to respond on time, and disregarded important details.

Hostility Toward Mediation – Aware of the financial impact of their mistakes, I suggested an amicable resolution through the Bar Association before settling the invoice. They refused outright and instead threatened legal action against me.

This firm operates with a concerning lack of accountability. Their mistakes cost me more than their fee, and rather than acknowledging their failures, they chose intimidation. I strongly advise against trusting them with legal matters.

I decided to instruct Elze Obrikyte at Giambrone Law to assist me in my application for Italian citizenship by marriage after she came highly recommended to me by friends, my having failed in my first application without assistance due to my not supplying all the required documentation in the correct form.
