I wanted to give 3.5 stars. Number one I was a little pissed. I ordered 5 hats. 2 came. Then blown off for well over a month. The guy gave me the run around for a while. I did t get the hats I originally ordered nothing was in stock. After many emails I got secondary hats around the same value. All were leather. They replaced them with more leather hats. Pricewise the same. The reason I'm giving 3.5 stars. The quality is outstanding and I was able to make secondary choices on my last 3 hats. It took 2 months til I got the last 3. Happy with the hats I got. If I ordered again I'd ask before I ordered them if they are in stock... Do you have this hat in stock. No lie only one of the 5 I originally ordered was in stock. All felt lined and unreal good quality to be honest. So if you can wait and accept a different hat than you ordered. Then order. I did get all 5 hats. Shipped from China takes forever. I have many leather hats ..these are by far superior to the other ones I've bought in the USA even though Chinese. Great quality leather and nicely felt lined. I was actually shocked. Should have been way more expensive. So might be worth the wait. I wish I could post pics.

Ordered a cap for my dad's birthday on the 16th of November and still not arrived!!!Email nor telephone number does not seem to work. A BIG CON STAY FAR AWAY!!

I ordered a trilby hat which was posted on a bag. Yes, a bag. Then it was shoved through my letterbox. Obviously the hat is ruined now. I have contacted Ghelter about a refund & sent in pictures and video as requested but I haven’t heard anything back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND USE A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE. THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON. (UK customer)

Ordered before reading reviews ……it seems the reviews are mostly negative …….I checked Magee Ireland and somehow got connected to your sire as well .
You have the color I want so without hesitation I ordered and paid via PayPal .
I already regret ……please send me a genuine Irish tweed cap ……otherwise I must request PayPal to remove Ghelter as their client .

Terrible quality product, frayed material, poor stitching, thinnest leather, light and weak. Probably worth £3, sold for £75, as if a superior product. Everything about it and the company is inadequate. The impression given is that they sell cheap Temu tat at inflated prices. Would never buy again and urge everybody to avoid.

Received my News boy Shelby hat today, I sniffed a rat when I saw the tracking listed as Ali Express.
Paid £25 for an item which you can but on Ali Express and Temu for around £3.
Dodgy company that just send you cheap chinese crap. I pride myself that I've never been caught like this, putting this down as a loss. The hat itself wreaks of poor quality.
There's also another company.... Birmingham wear that is exactly the same.
If you want one of these poor quality hats, go straight to Temu or Ali Express and pay what it's worth.

SCAMMED MY MUM :( said the hat got "lost in the post" and refused refund - doubt they ever sent anything at all.

I ordered three hats. I received one in damaged condition. It is not repairable. The other two hats never arrived. I was charged for all three. They completely ignored my requests for a refund. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Ignore this shopping site, they ordered the item from China/ Temu or AliExpress the cheap kind and sent to the clients for a big price. Definitely avoid, it was the worst experience for shopping online.

Terrible asia dropship stuff, do not buy.

Wish I would of come here before ordering.Recived the hat I ordered of Ghelter.very poor quality nothing like advertised on the website.i have emailed them to start a return procedure but not holding my breath.think I can kiss my money goodbye.Do not buy from the company.

Okay so the shipping took a while and they did give me the wrong colour hat, but overall I am happy with the hat I received

Customer services very poor. Avoid this company if you want good service. I should have known when the only way to get in touch with them was by email only. They also make it very difficult for you to return items. Never again will I be taken in with what appears to be a Chinese company.

Just been ripped off by this company do not use.

This is a scam company not a legit .merchendise.
I ordered from them a fedora hat and when i track the order i see that will came something shiped by aliexpress hungary.

If i wanted something from ali or temu i could ordered my self and cheaper

They are just drop shipping products from China/AliExpress. Please don’t buy and support this company. The products does not have proper labels, etc… avoid!!

Just send cheap crap not anything like advertised

I wouldn’t even give one star. I bought 2 hats they arrived in a plastic bag crushed and damaged. I complained and the offer me a small portion of refund, but the hats can’t be worn. They sent again in the same packaging, all crushed but will only give me a 50% refund. I would not ever buy from this company.

I bought a hat from the webshop.
The first problem was that I received an email informing me that the delivery time would be 5–12 days. However, on the website, the shipping policy states 5–12 business days, which is already misleading.

When the order arrived, the quality was unacceptable — the stitching was uneven, the inside was poorly finished, and I have no idea what material it’s made of (the webshop claims it’s wool), because there’s no label inside, but it feels more like synthetic fiber than natural material.

When I reported the issue, they first offered to send me another hat for free. I declined (one piece of junk was more than enough for me) and asked them to refund the price of the item and send me a return label so I could ship it back. Their response was that they couldn’t provide a return label and that I should return the hat at my own expense.

(Here’s a bit of math so it’s clear for everyone:
Hat + shipping: €33.16 + €4.60 = €37.76.
Return shipping: €12.15.
Total: €49.91.
Out of that, I would only get €33.16 back — so I basically paid 16.75€ just to look at a low-quality product made from an unknown material.)

I strongly do not recommend buying from this company — in fact, I suggest you avoid them altogether!

Unbelievable! The worst. I am so angry. They delivered the children's hat in a plastic bag. All damaged and frumpy.
