Very quick purchase

Very quick purchase. My only complaint is the add on's, I removed one star for that. Add this to your purchase, oh add this too! While your at it please add this to make double what I was expecting.

Ryoko negativity Pt.2

After a whole lot of back and forth passing the buck BS by different employees of Ryoko they claim that the issue is resolved. Nothing is resolved by them refunding my money this piece of equipment still doesn't work even though one of the Ryoko people who called me on the phone said that my plan would still be good for the period I had paid for but no they actually turned the damn thing off so now I have this cute useless paperweight. They claim that it will work with a different SIM card but that's also untrue. I stuck in one of my own SIM cards and this POS is still deader than a doornail! This whole thing is a hoax through and through but these paid Ryoko employees just don't get the Memo!

I figure this product will help me out

I figure this product will help me out. Got reeled in and by the time it was realized my cheaper fix was not so cheap. Next thing I know is I have paid for device and 6 months of service. The next thing is the docking station. Payment bounced as this is US funds and I have not have had a chance to unbox the device.

not good service

definitely the worst internet company I've ever attempted to deal with. on June 16 I paid them in advance for several months of service. on the 17th I decided that they were not the company for me and cancelled their service. they replied and said I would receive a refund and that no services would continue. a few days after that reply, they sent me another correspondence stating that their 30 days unconditional refund guarantee was not any good, and that their policy was for refunds within 24 hours. I didn't care about the money they were cheating me out of, I just wanted to get rid of them. unfortunately, they continue with useless communications on how to use their service, etc. They send these even after I pointed out the service was long ago cancelled. I have locked them out of my bank account, and will be blocking them from my email. the biggest mistake I've made this year was attempting to trust these discusting people. it's obvious they don't have any interest in correcting this problem, but do have intentions of working to make it even worse.

If they wanted to give me all of my money back and free high speed service from now on I would not trust them and do not want to have anything to do with them.

Ryokos a bad thing.

the Ryoko Pro, the supposed infinite WiFi hotspot is just useless junk, sure its simple to use and its fancy looking but when USING IT... its just absolutely horrible with its internet connection it honestly makes me want to throw it at a wall because of how garbage it is and also it's not unlimited due to data throttling and your just paying for a low grade hotspot thats better serving as a nicknack than a hotspot

Absolutely Useless

For my purpose, the Ryoko Pro is absolutely useless. The wifi connection is no better than the Personal Hotspot connection that I receive through my iPhone. And I live near Fort Lauderdale, Florida, not in a remote rural area. If I lost my iPhone, I guess the Ryoko would be better than nothing. A complete waste of my time and money.
