More supportive & informative than GP
12 weeks into my journey I have felt supported in so many ways. Weekly emails with interesting facts & information about side effects and medication info. So many amazing recipes on the app as well. Facebook group is always super supportive & informative.
Easy check in each month without the need to go to GP. Delivery amazing

Great customer service via the chatme…
I just want to acknowledge the outstanding support I received through the ChatMe portal today. I’ve been working with Herman throughout the day, and the help has been absolutely awesome.
Dr Claire was fantastic during my consultation, and I really appreciated the care and professionalism from the nurse who followed up shortly afterwards.
Fa’afetai tele lava to the whole team — I’m really looking forward to getting onto the programme and continuing this journey with your professional medical and wellbeing support.

Great that my questions are answered as soon as possible. Payment is easy. Although it would be nice to know about increase in cost for each pen. Makes it expensive later on. Nice to have a consultation before moving to next dose. Is a bit hard to log food
