It was organized, efficient, the team knew exactly what they were to do, and that is how they performed their job duties!

The movers did a great job and sat with me in a stuck elevator for an hour. They were careful and courteous with all of my stuff.

On time. Professional. And fast considering how last minute our move was. Couldn't ask for more. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Kenny and Enestro (sp) were awesome guys. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Both were very polite, friendly beyond measure and very professional.

My movers were professional, careful, and fast.

First off, I want to say our main crew member Moe showed up ten minutes early and ready to work. He busted ass and is literally the sole reason we completed this move. We are thankful he was assigned to us. That said, the team bellhop assigned to him completely let him, and us, down. One team member showed up an hour late to loading AND again an hour late to unloading and another team member called off. We ended up having to take many of the boxes ourselves. I recently had brain surgery which resulted in loss of balance and this is why we were hoping to have help from movers. This resulted in our move taking two hours longer than quoted, which will likely put us at a price that we were quoted at from other companies that would have had four movers. Like I said, we’re thankful that Moe showed up and busted ass, but this was a real disappointment from Bellhop.

They provide an easy quote for the move and provide enough movers during the process to ensure the quote is executed. They may need some minor directions for things that are awkward to move but they are careful to not damage anything!

We will use Bellhop again and recommend them to friends and family!!

Roman and his team were great! Three different stops and unloaded at destination in less than 2.5 hrs! I would definitely recommend using Belhop Moving!

Severin and his team took great care of me during my recent move. They were on time, careful with my belongings, double checked where everything was to go, organized and quick. I would recommend BellHop and use them again.

They were careless and broke 2 pieces of our furniture, tried to take our our neighbors tree and left all the broken branches for us to clean up, scratched walls in our new home and then offered us $160ish for the damages which is not even a fraction of the damages done! The movers that damaged our items weren't even apologetic, just was like oh well, file a claim. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Great people, very efficient and smooth move

Our son used Bellhop for his move so we set our move up using Bellhop. Online booking was great and easy. Originally booked 1 truck and 4 movers 4 hours. Needed to change date after original date was easy no problems. Spoke to representatve on phone regarding this and reviewed move he suggested we needed to go with 2 trucks 5 movers. Ok we went with that I thought would be easier vs 1 truck 2 loads.
Day before move got a call that Bellhop was not going to be able to provide 2 trucks and 5 movers and could only do original schedule of 4 hours. We could book a separate move the next day or later date. Not really what we wanted to do I got very frustrated to say the least. Gentleman kept telling me if was communicating the issue with me but we got no where. Second representative called me and told me the same thing not sure why he called but he was trying to communicate also. Not using there names because they were just try to bull**** me because they couldn't really do anything. Finally after 500 pm received call that the 1 truck would do move. Truck arrived on time at 800 am had driver and 2 movers. Mike / driver, AJ and Ron / movers did a great job.

The movers had such great attitudes. They were punctual and there was nothing they would not move. They helped me so much that morning. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I used Bellhop for my latest move. I really wish I hadn't. My wife purchased a Groupon for $150, good for $200 worth of services. I went to Bellhops website to see what I needed to do to arrange my move. Bellhop ask's a series of questions about how big you place is, how many rooms, do you have any of these items to move, how far away from the street etc. Using this they give you a price and set you up for how many people and the amount of time it will take to move you. After answering their questions, I was told it would take 4 people with a truck, 5 hours to move me, for about $950. Before I moved, I started getting calls from Bellhop to switch all my services through them. Fine, I suspect that they make some extra money on getting people to switch utilities through them, but I don't know. On Bellhops website the Groupon took us to gave us a 5% off code to utilize for our move. When I tried to book, I could not get the Groupon or the %5 off code to work. I called Bellhop and customer service added both of these to my account. Moving day came and 3 out of 4 people showed up. I was told the other person could not get off work. So those 3 would just have to pick it up. The Driver told me that Bellhop screwed up this move because it should have been a 2-truck move. He said we may have to make a 2nd trip. Well 5 hours turned into 13 and they did not finish. I ended up having to rent my own U-Haul and finishing moving myself. However, Bellhop charged me full price over $2500 for 4 people. I have to complain to get them to lower the amount because I was being charged for someone who was not there. They took off the extra person but nothing else and left me to clean up their mistake myself. They also said that I could only use the Groupon I paid for or the 5% off coupon they gave me to use. So, either the front end is not trained very well, or the back end isn't.
