Went for CCTV course and Phil Lye was such a wonderful instructor. Made everything less stressful and was super helpful pointing out certain points that would possibly be on the exams. Only issue I had was the exams. A couple of us had to take both exams but got through the cctv with no issues, when it came to the longer one the Internet kept going in and out, making the android users apps malfunction and making it take longer just to take the exam

I did a refresher door supervisor course at Woodgreen center
led by MR Matt Lowell and MR Bjorn Hills
This was a great training from start to finish everything was communicated and made easy to understand I was made to feel comfortable and no question was too much to ask.
I often struggle in courses because I have dyslexia. I explained this to my trainers and they offered me extra support daily and throughout this course
The training was excellent and very professional along with some funny humour
I did pass the course thanks to the teaching and support I received from the trainers 👏🏽👏🏽 outstanding

I've just completed my SIA security refresher day
I've just completed my SIA security refresher day and it was a fantastic experience. Our trainer Frances (not Frankie!) was excellent. She took the time to carefully explain things whilst keeping an eye on the clock to make sure we got everything done. Obviously people learn at a different pace and she kept the group together without leaving people to struggle. It was a busy day but a very rewarding one. Everything went extremely well and my only regret is that this may be my last license as I shall be retiring soon.

**OUTSTANDING ** refresher course
I choose a weekend course to complete my Refresher for my SIA Door Supervisor. It’s amazing that they give that option as some people can’t take the time off work.
We had Paul (Scottish Edda) who was the trainer and then had Phil who come in and helped alongside with Paul, they made me feel welcomed, relaxed and kept me positive throughout the 2 days when I was lacking confidence when carring out assessments on the live videos. I can’t recommend Get Licensed enough for putting on such an outstanding two day course. It was not at all boring, lots of good communication, laughs, physical interventions learnt. Finally a course that didn’t have a power point !! 👏 Great venue, amazing Get Licenced Staff and met some lovely people on the course. I am 100% coming back hopefully this side of this year to complete my CCTV.
Got to give credit to the amazing woman who was the Invigilator, was very professional, helpful and patient with us all.
