I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this service, especially considering the high price of the premium package. For the amount of money paid, you really don’t get much in return.
The package is advertised as including cancer testing, but in reality it only covers tests for 9 types of cancer. Important ones, such as BRCA-related breast cancer risk, are not included, which is very misleading given the marketing.
In addition, features like the meal planner, health score, and oral hygiene insights appear to be based on generic AI-generated content and general information. This is something any freely accessible AI tool can provide, without the need for expensive genetic testing. There is no clear added value here.
Overall, the expectations created by the “premium” label are not met. For this price point, I expected far more depth, transparency, and truly personalized, clinically meaningful insights.

Tests such as BRCA mutation screening belong to a different type of testing, focused on rare mutations and offered as a separate clinical test. We understand that this difference is not always obvious and that this may have caused disappointment.

This is just a fancy scam for which I paid almost 800 € for me and my wife!
They do scan your whole genome, but only share parts of it that were processed and linked with amateur AI-generated content. I wouldn't be that disappointed if at least thei AI content would be of higher quality but it's just bs.
There are way better (and cheaper!) providers out there that scan your whole genome and share raw data of your genome - so that you can share it with your medical experts or even for further AI prompting.
When I wrote them an email that I'm disappointed with their service level, they acted stupid.

We'd like to clarify this in simple terms. We do perform whole genome sequencing (WGS), meaning the entire genome is sequenced in the laboratory. However, it is neither medically responsible nor scientifically meaningful to interpret and explain the entire genome in full. Most of it does not yet have proven clinical or lifestyle relevance, and explaining it would require speculation.
Think of your genome like a huge library. We scan every page, but science currently understands only some of them well enough to explain safely. That is why our reports focus only on clearly defined analyses supported by strong scientific evidence. These are transparently listed before purchase and follow established best practices in genomics.
Because we have your entire genome scanned, we are able to unlock new findings over time as science advances — without the need for re-testing. When new genetic associations become scientifically validated, we can make those insights available responsibly.
Importantly, we do not use AI to generate medical or genetic interpretations. All reported insights are based on validated genetic markers, established scientific models (such as polygenic risk scores where applicable), and expert-designed interpretation frameworks developed by our in-house scientific and medical teams.
For customers who wish to explore their data further, raw genomic data can be provided upon request. Anyone interested can contact us directly by email.

I regret taking this test
I regret taking this test for many reasons. First, I sent my sample in November and received the results in January. All my other friends received them more than one month earlier. First, they needed to repeat the process with my sample because apparently something went wrong.
Second, there are some random facts about you, some of which are completely incorrect, and some are correct. So how can you believe it when it comes to potential diseases? The percentages of potential diseases are not 0-100%, but, for example, 300% increased chance of getting this cancer. Since there is no proper interpretation of these percentages, it can cause you a lot of concern.
Third, when I asked them for an explanation, I received the answer about 2 weeks later. They copy-pasted messages from their “doctor”, including their internal conversation, which was a bit rude. Then they gave me the answer from ChatGPT. I expected them to be professionals in this industry who would give me a proper and personal explanation.
The service isn’t worth half their very high price. * I only write a review when something shocks me in a very good or very bad way.

First, regarding the delay. In your case, the analysis took longer than usual due to a technical issue with the sample, which required a repeat step in the laboratory. While this was done to ensure accuracy, the extended turnaround time should have been communicated more clearly, and we apologise for that.
When you see something like “300% increased risk”, it can sound frightening. But these numbers refer to relative risk, not absolute risk. It means your risk is higher compared to the average person, but not that there is a 300% chance of developing a disease. The real meaning depends on how common the disease is.
Imagine that out of 1.000 people, 1 person gets a certain disease. If your result says “300% higher risk”, it does not mean you have a 300% chance of getting it. It means that instead of 1 person, it might be 3 people out of 1.000. So the risk is higher compared to average, but it can still be low in real life. That’s why these results are meant to guide awareness and prevention, not to act as a diagnosis.
We acknowledge that the response you received from our support team was not acceptable. An internal draft message was sent in error, and the explanation did not meet the professional standard we aim to deliver and you had every right to expect. We apologise for this.
Because genetics can be complex and numbers can feel alarming without context, we would like to offer you a personal consultation with one of our medical or genetic experts. I genuinely did not expect the whole…
I genuinely did not expect the whole analysis to be so detailed. The whole thing not only includes information on your genetic heritage but also some information about your health and tips to improve your life style.
There was a little hiccup with envelope that was suppose to be delivered with test, but upon contacting customer service line, everything was resolved to satisfactory levels.
