I was not able to find out what i was looking for, and asked for a refund. I was given the refund back with no problem, and was treated very nice and kind. It was a great experience that went fast and hassle free.

I can't figure out how to make searches. Also, when I did naturalization searches, I was asked to subscribe to something else. If it is not included in the Genealogy Bank service, I don't want it. Practically useless. Then I can't submit the review because they want an earlier date. When I put in the earlier date, I still am not allowed to submit the review.

I like that you have newspapers that other sites don't. I like one of your customer service people. I don't like that you have to cut an article twice; once to save it and then once to print it. I wish you had more newspapers from the early 1800s

I reactivated my membership that had expired several years ago. I opted to go with one month to "test it out" to make sure I was able to find enough info to warrant a subscription. I DID!!! So I immediately contacted customer service and had a very quick response. I was able to cancel that one month subscription and reactivate for one year for a great price! Tashua was extremly helpful in getting this done. I look forward to all the treasures and tidbits I will find in the upcoming year.

I have actually been using GenealogyBank for nearly a year. I live in Northern New York, and I am able to access the Watertown Daily Times, Watertown, New York, and have found numerous articles that are genealogy-rich in information. I have found articles in several other states as well. Although not all city newspapers are available, a good many are. Therefore, I am happily renewing my subscription. TFL.
