I love all the jewellery on Gemporia but lately they have brought some beautiful designs in pendants and rings. Also some excellent gifts for family and friends and of course the fabulous candles and diffusers at excellent prices.

To be honest, you get that one on one service, they go far beyond most places to answer queries, from the authentication of the gemstones, to the way it's made. Gemporia's service when parcel went missing
Gemporia has been very helpful when my parcel containing an order seemed to go missing and didn't arrive when it should have. Gemporia checked with their courier and I checked at my end in Australia with local courier and parcel initially couldn't be located and then suddenly it appeared in Perth and went to the local courier and then finally turned up here yesterday - just over a month since it was ordered. Gemporia were onto it and kept in contact with me the whole time and I am grateful for their support. The beautiful ring I was waiting for was eventually worth the wait!

Mixed views. The delivery and return of one item was simple and efficient, however yesterday I wore the ring for the first time and already a ruby is lost. So another return will have to be made.

Nearly 20yrs shopping with Gemporia
Ive been shopping and watching Gems aka Gemporia since 2007, and im still a buyer. I work with crystals and know their values, and I love my 2 Kunzite ive just bought. I love watching the fact people love whats there, everything is explained and please remember to click check basket asap or you do loose out. I only ever had one item that broke, my tigers eye triquatra, it fell out. However, its out of warranty but I am looking for a new Tigers eye the same size to refurbish. All their customer advisors are lovely and the presenters are real and have fun moments... keep going, your awesome
