Great product
The product is great works just as advertised and expected. One downside was the time difference between Italy and the US, but every question did get answered. The shipping was disappointing but I'm sure not the fault of Gemi. The box arrived torn and punctured, after notifying Gemi they assured me they would replace anything damaged. After unpacking there was minimal damage that was easily straightened with pliers. The electrical diagram was kind of vague for US applications, but after contacting Gemi it was explained completely. Now it's working great and no more smoke.

So far I have to give this product a 5 Star rating. On the day I ordered it I received a message within one hour to say it had been shipped and it arrived from Italy to Ireland a day earlier than expected. The product itself is now installed a week and is working very well. I installed it myself with the help of a friend on a roof top. You do need some handyman or building experience along with some electrical know how. I connected the power to a plug and that to an Alexia plug, so it works through my Alexia app or phone.

USA customer ordered 2 chimney extractors.
Purchased the first chimney extractor through Amazon even though they did not offer at the sale price that was shown on the Gemi website because I was concerned about ease of return to Italy if unit did not solve my problem or was damaged in shipment, as well as not knowing how the currency exchange worked. The tracking info showed it shipped from Italy and took about 2 weeks to arrive in Oregon, undamaged although the packaging of the transformer unit needs to be improved a bit as it had gotten out of its box and was loose in the fan blade area. No problems with installation and worked great so I ordered a 2nd unit (I have dual fireplaces and both have draft issues) direct from gemimarket.us to get the sale price. Website order page had some issue but the chat person was great and I was able to place the order using my credit card. 2nd unit arrived faster than the first one, also undamaged.

Quickly shipped and delivered
Rapid delivery, kept up to date with progress and FedEx are a quality delivery company ( we live in a rural area and other couriers are not as good.)
Curiously, it was cheaper to order the product from Italy and pay shipping rather than buy it from their Portugal agent with free shipping.

Value declaration by Gemini differs from the real value, causing problems with Brazilian customs
When purchasing the product on the website in Brazilian Portuguese, it was not informed that the tax charged was not from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. When the product arrived at Brazilian customs, it was seized and charged 3 times the value of the product, including taxes and a fine for declaring a value different from what was paid. Therefore, purchasing the product became a huge loss.
