They are big scammers
They are big scammers. I ordered flowers and chocolates they sent me flowers not same like picture and chocolates near to expired like 25days left expiry very bad and pathetic chocolates and when i ask to refund or change they behaved like what ?? Dude this isn’t professional behavior they charged 108€ just for flowers and pathetic near to expired bad chocolates with pathetic taste. Not gonna order again. You people are scammers just here to loot people. Looters

Pleasant experience
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Apart from the fact that after I payed, I was informed that the plant that I chose was not available, everything else was prefect. They also helped me choose the other plant. Very good experience, and I think that I will choose Reflore again.
