You contacted us on 20 March and we responded promptly to arrange a collection. While a weekend collection was requested and not available, we remained in regular contact and agreed a suitable weekday collection.

The item was collected last Friday, returned to us, and a full refund has now been issued.

We always work to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible and believe this matter was handled and concluded within a reasonable timeframe.

I will never order from here again

I will never order from here again. Service was terrible, I sent an email to customer service and they didn’t read my email, they sent me an email back without reading mine. This was horrible service. The package was delivered broken and I sent images to customer service and they were not helpful.

Worst online service I have used

Only half of the goods we paid for got delivered. We ordered 5 tables, 2 arrived, 1 was damaged.
Extremely poor customer service. Can't even contact someone on the phone. Requests of call backs got declined. No director available.
The company is refusing to give refund for the goods that haven't been delivered.
We need to get the bank involved. And authorities.

An order confirmation email was sent at the time of purchase which included the delivery address entered, and a further dispatch email was also sent containing the same address details.

Tracking information shows the parcel has been delivered to a neighbouring property. If you require further information regarding the exact delivery location, Evri should be able to assist you further using the tracking details.

No contact was received from you to raise any issue with the address or delivery prior to this review. As couriers such as Evri rely entirely on the address information supplied at checkout, incomplete details can unfortunately prevent successful delivery.

We are sorry to read your comments regarding the delivery. However, the courier tracking for this order confirms that the parcel was delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

The order was sent using the standard delivery service selected at the time of purchase, which does not require a signature upon delivery. Delivery tracking and status updates were issued during transit and once delivery had been completed.

No delivery instruction was provided to indicate that the parcel must not be left if the recipient was unavailable, and the courier therefore completed delivery in accordance with the service used.

As the courier has confirmed successful delivery to the address supplied with the order, the delivery service has been fulfilled.

If you require a copy of the courier’s delivery confirmation or proof of delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this.

I bought this 'stripped down' strimmer…

I bought this 'stripped down' strimmer because a vital part of my previous one had failed and it was not possible to obtain a new part from Spear and Jackson. I was expecting a refurbished used strimmer but was very pleased to find that it was new and in perfect condition and working order, using the battery from the other machine. The price was about half of what a new strimmer complete with battery and charger would have cost. Thank you very much, GED.
