An extremely negative experience…

An extremely negative experience purchasing an e-scooter. After placing the order, the money was charged immediately, but the item was never shipped. I received no information about the order status at all.

I contacted the seller multiple times via the provided e-mail, but all my messages were completely ignored. This kind of treatment of customers is unacceptable and makes it feel like a scam.

I am very disappointed with this service. It was a waste of time, money, and nerves. I strongly do not recommend dealing with this seller.

Ordered a TV

Ordered a TV, 5-7 working days delivery. Nothing ever heard from them again despite repeated messages and emails until I finally got refunded through Klarna. Whole process took 2 months. Not sure what the grift is here...

Phone number is just for show and is NEVER answered. Customer service is non existent and don't answer. Klarna special investigation had to get refund after they failed to answer ANY if my daily correspondences for 6 weeks. Scammers and should be avoided

Like others if I could leave zero stars…

Like others if I could leave zero stars I would, Ordered a product on the 8th January 2026 with a 5-8 day shipping time, Now the 28th still not here, Customer service is a joke, Eventually got something back from them as regards tracking, Then email from UPS asking for £54 for customs duty, Their response was they have warehouse's in different countries and my item was in Spain, Nowhere on their website suggest this, The price on my invoice already included tax added customs duty takes item well above what it's worth. Lesson learned - If it seems like a great deal think twice and check reviews.

1 Problem - delivery to EU

The product was at really good price at the time. The delivery was problematic, no tracking and the product came a whole one week later - this was about as much as told myself I'd wait before I ask my money back.
In the end, all is good what ends good.

Do not touch these people with a barge pole

Here is a full narrative of my experience with this outfit. Some other reviewers have described them as scammers. Responses (much later) seem to indicate those people got refunds. If it’s not some sort of scam they are definitely dodgy and not to be trusted. As others have suggested, they appear not to be genuine stockist of goods but perhaps some sort of 3rd party seller/middleman obtaining goods from Europe.

A previous reviewer commented on goods having EU plugs. It does mention this on the specifications and I’m not too bothered myself. A couple of quid for an adaptor is no big deal if I ever get my order, but it does show how they are anything but the legitimate UK firm their website would have you believe they are.

First tried to order on 7 January but their website went down with a 503 error. Didn’t think much of it, but it should’ve been a red flag.

Went back following day, completed the order and got to payment stage. I rarely keep physical cards on me these days so selected ApplePay. It said the device I was using (iPhone) was not compatible with ApplePay! Again, should’ve been a red flag, but instead I just went for Klarna instead (which had no problem recognising my device as being ApplePay compatible.

So paid for the order and everything was confirmed with a 5-8 working day delivery period. A bit slow for 2026 I thought, but again no big deal.

So we we get almost to the end of the delivery period and I still hadn’t had a notification of dispatch let alone likelihood of delivery. I emailed them and to my surprise received a reply in a few minutes saying dispatch would happen the following day (16 January).

I could have considered increasing my 1* review to a 2* for how quickly they got back to me if I’d have been writing this review back then.

Now however, I know better. It was a complete lie. Total fob off attempt with no intention of actually doing so whatsoever.

So having heard nothing further by yesterday I gave them until the end of the day to dispatch the order - it’s now almost a fortnight since I placed it - or cancel it and issue a refund.

True to the experience of other posters here, no swift response this time, in fact nothing at all.

I’ve been in touch with Klarna to report them.

sadly, there are no lease than one star to give. have very bad service and believe they dont have stock. just waiting for your order more than 8 days then sent to you email saying Processing in progress your order .
dont trust this company. even when they refund me after while. bad service

Scam, ordered hob, never arrived. Claiming from Credit Card.

Scam. Ordered hob. Received order confirmation, then nothing. Sent email, and a shipping notice was recieved, then nothing. No courier messages. Contacted again through email no reply. Tried calling multiple times, it rings out an then gets cut-off, I assume they block the number you provide. Claiming from the credit card company, lesson learned.

Scammers for sure

Ordered a watch in first week of nov 2025, received order confirmation and after that nothing. Called and sent emails several times and got reply once that «due to courier company problem we are little bit late but now we have shipped the order» but actually there’s nothing & since then they never replied. They are scammers for sure.
Worst ever online shopping experience.
Never go for them.

This company is a con. Don't fall for them. They take your money, and deliver no goods.
I ordered a pc case for £106, after 21 days the item has still not arrived, even though customer support has told me it's been despatched.
They are scammers.

Item ordered was not designed for the UK market. But they insist that was within their small print. When you buy something inn the UK for UK consumption. You'd expect the electrical connection to be a UK plug and not a euro two pin plug!! When asked about a refund as this was not what was expected. I was told after numerous emails That i would have to pay for the return shipping. My strong advice is stay clear all isn't what it seems.

If I could rate this minus I would… purchased a tv on this site 14th… today 26th and still no TV delivered. I have emailed them everyday for the last 5 days… no reply… no tracking number was provided. Very unprofessional business no quality of customer support.
