Phone failed inside 2 weeks. Have sent them 6 chasing emails in the past 4 days and no reply. To be fair to them, they did reply initially asking me if I’d checked all the obvious root causes that you’d have checked with a quick google search. Issue remains unresolved

Had my phone since the 8th and no payment... no response from emails anymore and can't get them on the telephone... so much for same day payment!! Wish I had with another company now as these lot seem like crooks

Update (24th march) they've now said they have my phone however are trying to say I sent in an s10 and not an s20 ultra 5g... people know what their phone is!! They are also saying my battery is less than 85% so offering half the original price! I have told them to return my device and I will goto a reputable company!
Avoid these scammers like the plague, taken almost a month and still haven't got MY phone back.. Will update again once I recieve my device back.. here's hoping its my device they return to me, in the condition it was in. My phone was sent to another company prior to this one but outwith the 14 days, they tested it and was paying their market price, they mentioned no faults and phone was passed straight to gecko, so confirms gecko are certainly at it!
* update 2, 27th, recieved phone back, however they've sent me an old s10 plus in blue and not my s20 ultra in 5g. I have my phones box here so have evidence they have stolen my phone and have contacted them. I'm also seeking legal advice on next steps. Everything is via email as they don't accept calls, absolute torture not being able to speak to someone on the phone to try and get to the bottom of this. What an absolute nightmare! If you read this and still send your phone to these people then you clearly have poor judgement, and I just hope that you don't get screwed over like I have been.

I sent my iPhone 11 off to them last week in perfect working order , but today I received an email from them saying the phone won’t even turn on and is “untestable” . I have used this phone daily for two years without a problem right up until the day I reset the phone and sent it off . Untestable ? Won’t turn on ? Somethings not right here . AVOID

Ps the original offer was over £200 and my new offer is about £20 haha
