Excellent service, order a phone and it arrived promptly with no issues .. then change of mind as wanted a bigger screen and was very easy to return it and order a new one. Now happy with the new one. Very pleased highly recommend and would buy iagain from them

Quick delivery and iPad seems in perfect condition.

Underhand tactics by this company to quote inflated valuations which they change on receipt of your phone. No mention of battery health in their evaluation criteria for Good, Poor or Faulty BUT when they receive your phone they will reduce the valuation by £109 if your phone has less than 85%. MOST phones people are selling will have <85% battery yet they fail to make this clear when quoting your valuation !

DISGUSTING SERVICE from Gecko Mobile. I sent my Iphone SE 2020 to them in good condition for an agreed price of £86.50. The phone had been in a protective case it's entire life with a screen protector in place which I removed prior to sending to them. I had also checked battery condition on phone before clearing the phone back to its factory settings, and was well within the percentage required. Was then sent an email over a week after they had received the phone, saying that my phone had too many scratches to be described as 'good' condition and the battery condition was not sufficient. They offered me £39 as the described the condition as 'faulty' which I have rejected. No doubt it will take another week to receive my phone back judging by similar reviews. Please avoid using this company at all costs.

SCAM Sent phone in to sell excellent condition no straches all working perfectly then recieved emIl back saying phone covered in scratches would only offer item as poor/faulty would need to be refurbished and offered £80 less DONT SELL TO GECKO YOU WONT GET WHATS QUOTED

Extremely slow at processing my device and addressing my concerns. Also offered £10 from an original £103 staying my phone had cosmetic damage and scratches on the screen - The phone had been used for a month in a protective case and the screen had been repaired approx 2 weeks before the sale. Awful company total waste of time!

Sent my phone off to gecko mobile in excellent condition not even a scratch on it as it had all round covers on since brand new, received an email today saying its in poor condition and an offer of £80 less than the original offer, absolute rip off and a scam.

Had my phone for a week. Still saying 'awaiting device'. Won't answer messages from contact form. No email address to contact them. Phone number on their their website doesn't get you through to anyone, just a message saying contact through website or use facebook chat. Impossible to contact on facebook chat.

The phone is pretty much brand new!

My phone had just stopped working and I needed a new one quickly I ordered the Samsung S20 plus from here on the sunday and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon.
So far the phone seems to be in good working order, no cosmetic damage and a very good price.
I would definitely buy from here again.

A fully working iPad was priced as faultl due a crack off the screen with no visual or functional impact and a sudden, not replicable battery issue that was not diagnosed by Apple.
This had already been valued for double what Gecko offered but was lured by their high offer which then dropped by two thirds based on a questionable valuation.
