I´m very disappointed
I´m very disappointed. I was told that my purchase was going to be delivered the 13th of July. Today its the 19th and still no delivery. I have been told by DHL that it is stuck at customs in Porto and that it can take weeks or months to get it delivered. I think that you as a seller has an obligation to inform the buyer that you are sending some of the purchase (a bass guitarr) from outside the European Union and that delivery times is uncertain. I would have chosen an other supplier ( inside EU) if I know that i wouldn`t get my order in time.

Horrible packaging
The item I ordered was so poorly packaged that it was bent when I opened it. I'm not sure if it was a miscalculation of size or just trying to save money but the harmonica case was completely bent inside a very small envelope. It's a shame and very irresponsible to charge money for something that arrives in such bad condition.
