Awesome box, really nice one

Firstly, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The Bluetooth functionality and the built-in battery are essential features for me, and they work seamlessly. At low volumes, the amp produces some interesting tones, making it perfect for bedroom practice sessions. However, I found that it may not be the best choice for playing outdoors. As the volume increases, the sound quality tends to diminish slightly, which is something to consider if you plan on using it in louder environments.

One minor drawback I noticed is the placement of the input jack, which isn't the most convenient. Additionally, having a built-in tuner would have been a nice addition, saving the hassle of carrying a separate tuner.

In summary, the SubZero Portable Modelling Guitar Amp is a great option for home practice, especially if you value Bluetooth connectivity and portability. While it might not be the ideal choice for gigs due to the volume limitations, it offers a range of tones for bedroom players. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to fellow musicians who prioritize convenience and versatility.

Everything arrived that was ordered, but the delivery information was incredibly inaccurate. There was an initial delay of over 24 hours with goods being handed to the courier.

This was also held by the courier for nearly a week, despite it showing as 'Out for Delivery' and caused a huge delay for the project we ordered the equipment (and paid for expedited delivery). We had to collect the equipment from the courier rather than actually having it delivered which was far from ideal.

The communication around

The headphone jack converter arrived at my UPS pickup point within a reasonable time frame. However, I received no notification that it had arrived from either Gear4music or UPS. That's an odd piece of basic customer service to be lacking. Also, it's not a universal jack converter. Its threads (for screw-on use) don't work with those on my Beyerdynamic DT 770s jack. The jack sits loosely within the converter. I hear sound through them, but it's an insecure connection. The product details state that the converter works with "compatible" headphones. Too bad I had no way of knowing mine aren't compatible. Hence 3 stars instead of 5.

Bad Shipping... Before you buy, it says the item will get to you tomorrow. After you buy, It says the day after tomorrow, and it actually gets to you 4 days after. Wait, not actually get to you, but in a distribution center near you, which was not specified.

So I think they kinda lie to you.

First time purchased but have to say the delivery time and the product and price is second to none. With in 5 days i got my parcel and the product was goood!!! Very very satisfied will shop again. Highly recommend!!

The speakers arrived fine, they sound good but they lack a bit of bass. I found it weird from a customer point of view that when buying a pair of speakers I had to buy a separate cable in order to play on both.

About the pickups, there look a little vintage, special with aged white pickguard. I love it.

The sound is so reach, so clean and so intense with the distortion... I'm realy enjoying it!
