Speaker failure
Bought speakers and suddenly stopped working, contacted customer services and im arranging to get them looked at. Yes I have to repackage and pay postage as expected but can take a few weeks. Just happy to get them fixed.

Poor Trade In Experience
I submitted an request for trade in on 12th August and listed the item incorrectly in the request. Gear4Music received the item on 19th August, contacted me with instructions to correct my mistake and resubmit the trade in request, which I did the same day.
Its now 28th August and the trade in has still not been processed. The status is listed as 'Our team is currently waiting to receive your trade-in from the courier.' even though G4M have had the item since 19th August.
I contacted Customer Service on 26th August who told me that there had been a mistake in processing my amended request but that it would be corrected and the trade in completed by the end of the week.
I contacted Customer Services again today who have just informed me that it takes 3 - 5 working days to process a trade in after an amendment and my trade in will not be completed until Tuesday 1st September earliest. They are using my query to Customer Services on 26th August as the amendment date and not the actual amendment date of 19th August.
The mistakes that happened after 19th August are down to Gear 4 Music and putting the blame for G4Ms mistakes on the customer is not a good customer experience.

Great service and value.
Always great service at a fantastic price. Bought the guitar for my son’s 18th, he was super happy and has been practicing for hours at a time. So nice to hear him and we can hear the progress already. The item is great quality and we’re pleased we took some advice and spent a bit more on buying a guitar that would be easier to play. The package was great and has everything he needs to get started. Only slight bit of confusion was around the inclusion of a jack lead, but with no pick-up or anywhere to plug it in? Seems a bit strange.
Ordering, shipping and delivery was super easy. Keep up the great work!

Having recently bought quite a lot of products from gear 4 music, unfortunately some were sent damaged. Although i was naturally disappointed, i couldn’t have been dealt with any better to resolve the issues. Customer service is no 1 priority in my experience and the staff didn’t disappoint. I will continue to purchase from Gear 4 Music because of the service. Oh! and the price of the products are very competitive too, in fact the least expensive in the majority of cases.

D shape Tambourines
I have bought items from Gear4music before and have always been very satisfied with the level of service I have received. I recently bough two Tambourines one blue and one green for the Nursing home that my wife lives in because the Lifestyle Manger arrangers for singers to come to the home to entertain the residents. I thought it would be grate for the residents to add a bit of percussion for the singer. This has gone down well the singers.I also play my percussion instruments as well. These plastic Tambourine's are grate becouse they make a good sound and will not brake Easley. and for the price you can't go wrong.

I’m not a piper
I’m not a piper, nor do I play the pipes or chanter, I only bought the chanter so as to use it when making a chanter stand for a friend…. However , it was dispatched quickly and sent out in decent strong packaging.
