Faulty product and nonexistent customer service
Watch started losing time after only 8 weeks. They refused to fulfill their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and told me I had to sort the issue out with the manufacturer myself.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
Ordered a limited edition Seiko a week ago and order was confirmed.
Followed up yesterday as there had been no updates and then I received notifications that the order was cancelled and refunded. Seller's reasonsing was that they were unable to find a suitable shipping option.
If I didn't follow up would GB watch shop have done anything to notify me or communicate this to me?
During payment I paid for international postage as per their website charges. I had secured the watch already; but instead of communicating with me to work out another option, they just cancelled the order, they didn't bother to work through any other possible options.
Seller also never replied emails after I tried to work out another postage option and find out what the real reason was for the cancellation. I don't believe their excuse as they sell globally and even list watches on eBay. Not an honest company, terrible communication.
Avoid if purchasing overseas.

Beware cost to send back
Watch arrived face too small will now cost £4.50 to send it back nit happy with that amount ridiculous amount so be aware if its not what you want it will cost you to send it back so be aware won't use them again

Great Service, Fast Shipping and Competitive Prices.
Recently found this seller on multiple platforms and decided to make a direct order on their website. I received the watch in mint condition. As a bonus, it was sent for free with Royal Mail Special Delivery. The price was very competitive and I even received a free gift for the wife. Ace! Will definetly be a repeat customer.
